Restoration Retreat with Pool and Hot Tub!

  • Our restoration cottage is next to the main house. It is Two-bedroom, one full bath, full kitchen and living spaces. There is a Hot tub for winter guests and a pool for summer guests. There is a pool table in the main space and lounge chairs to relax around the pool. There is a fire pit outside and playground by the pool. Around the back of the house there are beautiful views of the rolling hills countryside. We are just a short walk from the river. There are many quaint restaurant's, parks, and nearby river access points. New Braunfels and San Marcos are not too far away either! Spend this time getting refreshed and make it a time to remember!

Great Stay!

We enjoyed our stay very much! This property is in great location and is very relaxing. The beds are super comfortable. The grandkids loved the swimming pool and playground. Would definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed the stay. The location is close to downtown where there is plenty to do. From food to farmers market you are just minutes away. I do recommend this location for everyone.

Excellent Seguin Getaway

We have a young family and were looking for a safe place for a 3 and 1 year old to have fun. The property is very conveniently located and we were able to get a lot of swim time in over the weekend while enjoying the local food scene. Our host was incredibly responsive to all our questions and is by far the friendliest host we've ever had!

Very Nice!!

Very nice, clean property. The grandkids really enjoyed the pool and pool table. The hosts were very friendly and made great suggestions for activities nearby. Large, fenced yard was very convenient for our dogs. We really enjoyed our stay.
