「This was our first time staying here and it certainly won't be our last. The shepherd's hut is beautifully decorated and has such a cosy and comfortable feel to it. The under floor heating kept it lovely and warm too despite the snow outside (which also made it super pretty). The outside space was so private and had a fantastic view over the fields and to the hills beyond. Our favourite thing was sitting out at night by the fire pit and relaxing, looking up at the stars. 「Spent over an hour driving round Wrexham trying to find the place, useless directions despite ringing the host to clarify. Apartment was small, dirty, stained bedding and the mattresses were awful! So bad that none of us could sleep, left the next day, even though we were booked for 2 nights, none of us could face another night there so we drove home. Will be submitting a formal complaint. 「It was a nice place and clean until we pulled the sofa bed out and it was dirty, a quick hover wouldn't have done it any harm. Overall its a nice place to stay, we did try and phone the numbers given to inform of the condition of the sofa bed however not one number was answered, we ended up getting the caretaker, who was 100% helpful」
