One of the bedrooms had an inoperable TV. It took 3 calls to the property manager, Jim before he responded. The first call found his mailbox full and not capable of taking a message. And SMS message was sent. No response. Second call, left a message and no response. Third call I left a message and indicated I would be providing unfavorable feedback when asked. Magically, that call was returned. Jim was no help in finding the problem. Said he would contact the owner. Never heard from him again.
