Fantastic for a weekend getaway!

Second time staying for our lacrosse tournament and it was just as great as last time. Perfect for our families of 4 with a perfect screened in porch and plenty of space!

Great Home

We rented this house to attend a concert at the Freeman Arts Pavilion. The house is awesome, its a great neighborhood and resort. Plenty to do and the Owner was great. She was always available , great with recommendations and tips. Looking forward to getting down for another concert.

Great stay at Bayside!

We stayed at Bayside for 4 nights and had a great time. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the location and how close it was to get to all of the different beaches. We did buy the pool passes and really happy we did. We spent the most time at the larger family pool (I'm sorry I forget the name of it) and it had a splash park for the kids, a bar for the adults and a snack bar for everyone. You really can spend the whole day there. We are already figuring out our dates to come back next summer!

Wonderful

The condo was clean & inviting and we really loved the activities at Bayside. Huge bonus to be right across the street from Freeman Pavillion & listen to the live shows. Owner was very responsive & accommodating.

Simply perfect. House is in excellent condition and the Bayside community is beautiful.

I recommend this house 100%, Maryrose is great. The Bayside community is beautiful and has so much too offer for the whole family. We’ll definitely go back.

Long weekend

The townhome and community are beautiful. The home is very well appointed. We did not partake in the golf or swimming, but enjoyed walking the neighborhood in the mornings before heading to the beach. Maryrose is a conscientious host and answers questions quickly and we would love to stay at her beautiful home again.

Our Fenwick Trip

Overall, we were very pleased with our first vacation experience in Fenwick. Check-in was a bit bumpy, as keys were not available as promised and linens were late on arrival but the owner did rectify both situations quickly. The home was clean, spacious and allowed for plenty of space for my family of 6. We definitely look forward to coming back again next year!!

Relaxing and convenient

We had an excellent stay here! Very convenient to area attractions, beach, resturants, but yet away from it all! I felt very comfortable staying there. My kids could ride their bikes at Bayside. The pool is close. The bay is also a short drive and worth seeing. The beds are very comfortable. Maryrose was wonderful. Definitely a great place to stay! Can't wait to return!

Awesome Location

This home is very welcoming and comfortable. With the nice size 3 bedrooms and a loft, there is plenty of room. The open kitchen/living area is a great place to be together when watching TV or preparing meals, everyone seemed to gather here. The back screened in porch is a great place to have morning coffee. This is the perfect location for walking to the club house, pool & tennis sports center, & the concert stage. Hoping to make another trip down in the fall - this time for a girls weekend.
