Great week at the beach

We thorough enjoyed our week in our rental. The house had plenty of room to relax after a day at the beach, and having easy access to the community pool that was just down the street, was an added plus. The only struggle we had was the spotty wi-fi that made tv options challenging…..otherwise a wonderful, relaxing week in a lovely home. Jeremy was also awesome to work with…just saying !

Great house for families!

A beautiful home with a great layout. Beautifully furnished and equipped. A quiet community with a beautiful pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and playground. Nicely fenced in backyard for children or dogs.

Very nice and as advertised

The house was still being cleaned when we arrived at 3PM but a few minutes later they were done. Everything was clean and in order. The house is large with plenty of space. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the house was only a block from the pool. The community is close to food stores restaurants etc. All in all we would recommend for a week or longer stay.

We love this property/location/ amenities. Its our second stay. Its sad to see the property looking slightly..very slightly neglected. Exterior needs a power wash, landscape remulching, some minor repairs inside to door Knob, a toilet flapper, umbrella, and deck chrs

This property was beautiful and well maintained. The property was in a great quiet neighborhood with a community pool that included a splash pool that was perfect for my 1 yr old granddaughter since she was not a fan of the sand at the ocean. We had no issues finding a park mobile spot at the beach access points as long as we arrived by 10am.- it was only a 5 minute ride there. I reported a couple issues upon arrival that had no effect whatsoever on our stay but they were quickly addressed by Jeremy who is both kind and always available. I highly recommend this property!

Father In Law's 90th Birthday

Jeremy was perhaps the most responsive host I have ever worked with. No fuss - no muss. The house was beautiful and perfect for our stay (and our dog). The backyard was fenced in and that helped quite a bit when it comes to traveling with a dog. Clean, welcoming, spacious and a great location. Thank you.

Great House in Perfect Location

Very clean house, plenty of space and in the perfect location. Excellent quiet neighborhood with great amenities and close to OCMD, Rehoboth, Bethany, etc. We had an excellent time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely return.
