「A beautiful setting with wonderful staff, even if one or two lacked attentiveness. The bamboo bungalow was beautiful. The bed and beddings were 5/5; very comfortable. Unfortunately, the accolades stop there. Because the "retreat" is so remote, there are no other eating options nearby so guests have to rely on the hotel restaurant. 「Highly recommended for couples to stay in berry amour hotel! All the staffs are very friendly and helpful. They can all recognize the guests and remember our names~~ The room was very nice with our own pool and everything was very romantic and much better than what we expected!!! We had a great stay in berry and would definitely go back next time. Location was okay, walk few mins so you can catch some restaurants :)」
