Why stay anywhere else?

Incredible stay. tranquility abounds, best way to end a trip after a week exploring Iceland. Believe the online reviews when they say this is the best hotel in Iceland. This was our third hotel and by far the most comfortable and indulgent of all.

Fabulous hotel. The property is beautiful, staff super friendly and our dinner delicious. Lovely breakfast included. The hotel has its own hot spring with hot tubs and sauna which we enjoyed despite the less than perfect weather. This is a great place to relax and unwind after a day of seeing the sights.

The hotel was wonderful, both in location and the ameneties. Food was excellent with a great choice of breakfasts avaialable, which are consumed while looking out across the beautiful scenery. Excellent owners and staff that make the stay memorable. The geothermal pool and spa are fantastic. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Hotel is remote, which makes it an excellent base for seeing the Northern Lights. But also easy to travel to other parts of the South Coast.

Great family run hotel

Wonderful family run hotel. The place was beautiful and I would highly recommend to stay at. Only feedback is the way the thermal bath area is kept. The algae, while may not be harmful, doesn't seem clean in the baths.
