Cozy studio apartment just outside of Hattisburg in a country setting!

Get away from it all in this adorable studio apartment located just 9 miles from the lake Terrace convention center and 12 miles from USM. Enjoy the views of an active farm with cows, sheep, horses, and herding dog training. Less than a mile from the OKATOMA outdoor post where you can go kayaking or canoeing on the OKATOMA river. Enjoy dinner or lunch at Shady acres, which is less than a mile from the apartment. Luxury linens and the most comfortable bed provide a wonderful nights rest. Kitchen is complete with everything you need to create a wonderful meal. The kitchen has a small refrigerator and there is a full sized one in the garage for your use. Bathroom is small and has a shower only. Studio has an electric fireplace for those cooler nights and plenty of closet space. Washer and dryer are in the shared garage space. You will have garage parking for your stay.

Lovely getaway

We had a wonderful stay! Very quaint and clean, well stocked, and beautiful views of country pastures and animals. Host was on site and lovely!

Great Host, Beautiful Location

Beautiful property and area. The host was accommodating, friendly and the definition of southern hospitality. Very clean and the house has a welcoming vibe. The are is remote and nesstled next to a lovley little ranch. There are several cozy outdor spaces to enjoy too.

Country comfort

Place was amazing Quiet ans secluded but easy to get from the highway. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. Really couldn't have hoped for anything better. Highly recommend as a stopover while traveling or a getaway vacation spot.

Great place

A nice, quiet little get away. Very comfortable and clean. The only thing that put a damper on my stay was a power outage due to a passing storm which is of course outside the host’s control. Loved it!

Little nugget in the country

I was traveling through with my pup and stayed over in this sweet little studio. Pulling in to a garage that pulls up to the welcome sign on my door along with sweet touches like the toiletries basket, coffee pods, a/c on so I walked in to a cool and comfy room was a welcome home away from home. Sitting in a country setting enjoying a morning cup of coffee was a peaceful way to start my day. I look forward to returning in the near future.

Country peace

The owner had prepared her vrbo to perfection. Pull-in garage and everything that I could possibly need for a two day stay. Eight miles out of Hattiesburg in a quiet country setting. I could take a nice relaxing walk around the huge yard and down the country road with my little buddy, Popeye. He loved the pasture cows and sheep. It doesn't get better than this. I will return.
