"This is a really lovely villa- it’s in the heart of Seminyak -it is walking distance to all the major shopping and food areas. Private, clean and awesome little pool. We really enjoyed the villa- icy cold aircon- filtered water - toilet upstairs and downstairs. We had a lovely stay there and would highly recommend . I Think the only thing it needed though was 2 large Cups - for your cups of coffee in the mornings and a Toaster and kettle would be fantastic! It does have a hot water filter but...

"We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were always helpful and attended our needs straight away. Adi and the team were lovely. The villas do need some work as they look a little 'tired' updating some lined and towels would make a difference. Updating the bathrooms and adding some TV's and clocks in the rooms would help too. We noticed alot of the electrical points...

It is not too big so there’s never a time during our stay that the restaurant or pool is too crowded. The breakfast buffet is our highlight for the choices and the coffee, its not too much nor too little option. The towels for the room could do an uplift. Bit definitely value for money for what we paid for."

The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, relaxing, and in a great location, but what really made my experience special was the people. The entire staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The restaurant team was always friendly and attentive, and the front desk staff went above and beyond whenever I needed assistance. A very special thank you to Nikken at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful, kind, and accommodating. Nikken really made me feel taken care of and is a great example of the outstanding hospitality I experienced at Solterra. Excellent rooms, wonderful amenities, fantastic service, and genuinely caring staff. Five stars all around. Highly recommended, and I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Bali!"

"We had a great stay at FP Sheraton. The room are very spacious and clean. The staff are polite, hospitable and made sure that we had a comfortable and great time. During our stay, our son got sick and the staff made sure he was looked after. Appreciate all the things that Sinta and Ira did for him to make sure he’s taken care of. We will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip to Bali. Thank you again!"
