"We loved the Villas and the potential it has. Space wise it was perfect. It had more than enough space to cater for all of us. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They were always helpful and attended our needs straight away. Adi and the team were lovely. The villas do need some work as they look a little 'tired' updating some lined and towels would make a difference. Updating the bathrooms and adding some TV's and clocks in the rooms would help too. We noticed alot of the electrical points...

"Beautiful renovated resort, ideal location. Some minor minor areas would make it outstanding and can easily be addressed. Bathroom lacks shelves / storage, adequate towel rails or hooks, no drying rack for the balcony. Path down towards the beach is broken stepping stones not easy to navigate. But these are minor and I've already booked to return."

"We had a great stay at FP Sheraton. The room are very spacious and clean. The staff are polite, hospitable and made sure that we had a comfortable and great time. During our stay, our son got sick and the staff made sure he was looked after. Appreciate all the things that Sinta and Ira did for him to make sure he’s taken care of. We will definitely book this hotel again for our next trip to Bali. Thank you again!"

Make sure you do the breakfast and get Winda (Wulandari) to help you she helped us get the best breakfast selection and also make a custom protein shake. Also conviniently located to lot of great restaurants night spots like ShiShi just next door, potato Head walking distance and must do Indonesian dinner or lunch called Merah Putih"
