THE VILLA

It is a new villa where you will find comfort like "at home".

Fully equipped kitchen where you will find everything you need to cook delicious meals. A minibar is available for an additional fee.

A living space with a very cozy lounge area, large flat screen connected TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube, etc., satellite cable channels, a "dining" area for sharing moments with family or friends and a barbecue area with garden furniture.

Three bedrooms with their bathroom, office area and air conditioning

A swimming pool (dimensions: 8 meters by 3 meters) where you can find sunbeds and relaxation area.

Private parking in front of the villa to park a scooter or a car.

TRAVELER ACCESS

The villa is located in a dead end street. You can come with a taxi, it can park in front of the villa.


OTHER REMARKS

A welcome basket is offered on the 1st day for the preparation of the 1st breakfast.

Possibility of preparing breakfast at an additional cost for other days to be planned when booking or during your stay.

Cleaning is done every morning except Sunday (day off)
Maintenance of the garden and swimming pool is done twice a week
It is important to allow access to the villa for staff
