Nice. Beach,shops,restaurants are walkable distanc

We stayed the seiryu for eight nights, we love the silence here, with great design, nice staff, great privacy, big room, private swimming pool, room yummy breakfast... Beach, local shops, spa, mini stores, supermarket, cafe, restaurants ... All are walkable distance. We enjoyed to stay and will be back on next time.

Love this hotel and an impressive experience

This hotel has only 8 rooms, but each room got their own style, it's a private and peaceful choice. The hotel staff are very friendly and kind, when I need a special moment in this hotel with my girlfriend, the staff helps us a lot for my surprise project, and finally, we did it. They're very flexible and do their best to fulfill every customer need, although the hotel's facilities are a little bit old, they still have a very comfortable and relaxing feeling, and they also provide are super tasty breakfast every day. I like this villa and I will come again if possible.

Nice villa in downtown

It's located in seminyak with easy access to nearby local markets, kuta beach and famous massage place. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. We had minor problem with hot water bath on the first night and it was satisfactorily settled. Highly recommended with reasonable price.

酒店設計時尚, 房間整潔而且很大，擁有私人泳池, 地點很好, 但服務只屬基本。服務台只有一個人，感覺沒有很親切，但解釋很詳盡。包早餐，早餐有不同國家款式可以選擇，自訂送餐時間，早上會從後門進入送餐，很貼心。整間酒店雖然不大但每間房間很大。

Overall it's very nice to live here for about 6 days, all the staffs and the living environment are very nice and pretty. They would provide the taxi from airport and help you to call taxi. The living environment is very quiet as you wouldn't hear any voices from the other side. But some of the windows are out of curtains, when the sun comes out the sunlight light you up and cannot continue the sleep as well. But the spa provided by the hotel I would not recommend. The cost effective for the price and the service are not balanced.

Nice villa with good customer services

we could select breakfast serving time, personal favor breakfast style. Then, staff served breakfast in our room according to our delivery time. Staff are very nice and they help us to book local tour. they provided good services and their friendly smiles are very impressed. But it is not located in main road, some taxi drivers spent some times to find the villa.

It could probably do with a lick of paint, and the the area isn’t really the centre of anything but it’s close to the beach and has everything you need! My wife and I had a great experience in our beautiful villa. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we especially enjoyed the pool and outside area. The included breakfast was satisfying. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is great, as it is walking distance to the main central streets of Seminyak aswell as the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Not recommended… Very disappointed, the villa was dark there were no proper chairs to sit on, the lounge was floor level and no outside chairs. When we asked the staff they said that’s their decor. Very dark inside and dated, breakfast was cold. The place does not match the photos online. Will not stay here again.

We had a couple of issues during our stay but overall had an okay experience there. 1. We arrived back to the villa after being out for the morning to find the front door completely unlocked after the cleaners had been. We had not secured our valuable items and we literally walked in off the street with no staff at reception. So anyone could have entered our room from the outside. 2. We arrived perfectly on time for check in at 2pm but were told the room wasn’t ready and to go for a walk for 30 mins. When we returned the room still was not ready and in total we weren’t able to check in until after 3pm. 3. There were no spare toilet paper rolls and we were given half a roll to start with so ended up running out. The villa is nice and spacious but definitely has some wear and tear.

great stay

All round great stay, all the staff were really friendly and was on hand with any queries we had. The villa set out is great with the swimming pool coming up right up to your bathroom door, Breakfast was always at what time we wanted it rather than a set time which was great. The hotel sorted us out a bike for us to explore seminyak and was a very reasonable price. Highly recommend, thanks for a great stay.

The staff were amazing and very helpful and accommodating. The villa was really well equipped with a self contained kitchen, jacuzzi, pool, shower, TVs and lounges inside and out. The location is not bad - short walk to the beach and main shopping strip but is on a backstreet. There are always plenty of taxis and people around though.
