Staff was very nice and tried to be helpful, but the bottom line was that I spent a lot of time trying different ways to access tv, etc to no avail because the hotel's wifi did not work. And the staff, I think, were pretending the problem was something about trying to operate the systems. The hotel won't spend the money necessary to provide wifi. The hotel and my room were nice and clean.」
