“John, the owner of the property is very nice and communicative. The house is new and John is just finishing the new deck. It's not on the lake it's across the street but you can still see the lake. If he is able to cut down a couple of trees it would be an absolutely beautiful view. We only stayed 1 night because we were going back and forth to Watkins Glen International. John wanted to make sure that our stay was as pleasant as possible and contacted us several times to verify we found it and……

“Staff was friendly and helpful, when asked for towels, coffee items were provided. The location was nice, pool and spa were enjoyable. Suggest sweeping front entrance porch and steps. Three of the bathroom doors wouldn't shut completely. All rooms had spiders, purchase an vacuum to sweep up the spiders on ceilings and walls and clean floors. The outside grill was unclean, rusty and not fit to attempt to cook on. Suggest Inn purchase a new grill with cover and staff clean grill daily if……

“This property is in a beautiful quiet location 15 minutes from the center of Ithaca. The common areas of the house are very spacious, easily accommodating a full house. The bedrooms are comfortable and nicely grouped into different areas so even with a full house everyone has there own part of the house to retire too.The kitchen is very well equipped with an industrial strength range.For me the best part was being able to sit out on the porch and enjoy the countryside which comes right up to the……

“My family and I came here for our son’s wedding at Lincoln Hill. It was a perfect fit for us. We used the lower level for my father who can’t climb stairs. There was even a ramp up to the beautiful porch. The house is well appointed and communication with the host was very good. Sunsets were amazing. Many visitors said they were planning on coming back”
