  • Lake Jocassee is a 7,500-acre, 300-foot deep reservoir located in northwest South Carolina created by the state in partnership with Duke Power in 1973. The lake is commonly known for the clean and cold Appalachian mountain rivers that feed the lake to keep its waters cool and clear year-round. I love kayaking here surrounded by mountains and several water fall around the lake.

This is a real gem. The farm below the house was super clean and fun. Location is perfect. Highly recommend for those Clemson families needing a place to stay. The house was very roomy and CLEAN (new). Host was fantastic. This is new on the VRBO community and new construction- so some minor nuisances that I am sure would be addressed . . . like clothes dryer being fixed. Highly recommend.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this property. It exceeded our expectations. We loved the farm atmosphere and the fact that the kids could experience the farm animals while staying at the house. Tucker is a very cute puppy and Rosie is the cutest pony. The farm eggs were delicious and the two porches on the rental at night were very nice to sit out and enjoy the scenery. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to any family that loves animals. The inside of the rental is very nice and newly renovated. The master bedroom mattress is also very comfortable.The host was very responsive and the checkout process was easy.
