"Super easy access with line no 9 (express) from Incheon airport (all-stop train to (Gimpo -> Line 9 express), makes it a great option for a first or last night stay in Seoul. Located in Gangnam, great restaurant scene close by. Hotel is easily one of the best value mid-tier options, nice and clean, friendly staff."

"Pros: Generally a nice stay with clean rooms. Staff were kind and helpful. Luggage storage in the lobby was awesome because they had lockers. Cons: Pillows were a bit hard and the drain made a lot of noise (mildly disruptive while sleeping). Lots of options for breakfast but the food was a little bit more cafeteria vibes than boutique hotel vibes."

"Location was great but it was not clearly stated that it was a shared space . Other people staying there were loud and up talking all night and very disrespectful. Do not recommend! We left one night early, I could not stay there another night and we had to share a bathroom and shower with 5 other people, most of them being grown men. Very uncomfortable experience."

"The only reason I removed a star from my otherwise five star review is because of my third check in experiences. FYI, during my 2 week stay in Korea and Japan, I used JW Marriott as my base camp and checked in three times. The first time was at 6am in the morning, the day after my original check in day. My reservation had been cancelled as a “no show” but that was easily rectified. (I was told to call the next time I would check in late. I actually tried to reach out but that didn’t work out well. But the check out worked out well so no issues there.) Second check in easy as a breeze. Now to the third check in. I think one lad was in training. The other gentleman clearly was supervising. Not the friendliest of sort. He kind of snapped at me to wait in line (which I did). When it was my turn, the guy in training was super sweet. He accidentally offered a late checkout. It would have been nice but I didn’t need one. The supervisor literally knocked on the trainee plainly in sight, clearly scolding him in front of the guests. Not pleasant. I told them I didn’t need the late check out if the trainee was getting into trouble. Long story short, no late check out and I hope the trainee didn’t get into trouble. Point here is that if the front desk members need to sort out things between and among themselves, please do that out of sight. "

"This hotel was super pet-friendly, which meant every elevator ride came with the delightful possibility of a surprise dog sighting. We weren’t traveling with pets ourselves, but honestly the occasional elevator pup cameo made our day every time. The location was perfect—walkable to tons of great spots, and if we needed to go farther, it was about a 15-minute taxi ride in pretty much any direction. The staff were consistently kind and welcoming, which always makes a stay feel extra special. And bonus points for the little coffee shop inside the hotel—it was so delicious and quickly became part of our daily routine."
