The manager refused to allow early check-in even there is room available. And when asking for a double bed, they claim that the price is different and refused to do so.
Most of the hotels allow the change of bed and will only apologise if the room is not available. But here they just implied that you didn’t pay enough and didn’t propose another suggestion (even pay extra for upgrade) or apologise.
It’s spacious in terms of room size but the location is poor. Not easy to find the hotel and nearest subway is 10+ mins by walk.
The air-conditioning system sometimes couldn’t be changed to cool mode (only heating is available which at night time the room is extremely dry and suffocating). When open the vent of the AC, I was shocked that it’s become moldy.
Anf no toothbrush and toothpaste are provided.
