Excellent budget option in Seoul

This is a small, privately run hotel that is quiet and comfortable and within walking distance of lots of attractions. The staff members speak a little English and are very helpful. The only downside is there’s no elevator so be prepared to lug your bag up the stairs. Would definitely stay again.

Extremely welcoming trying their very best to make you feel comfortable. Offering bottles of water and some juice cans. Having americano or espresso was wonderful way to start the day. Good options on the street are endless and open late at night super close to different trains and markets

良かった点 スタッフが英語話せてフレンドリーでした。 金額のわりにはロケーションがよく、部屋も広めでした。 残念だった点 部屋が4階で階段しかなかった。 夜中に隣人が間違えて部屋に入ってこようとされました。 チャイム鳴らされてドアをガチャガチャしてました。その後眠れなかったです。 エントランスが 誰でも入ってこれる自動ドアだったので セキュリティの面問題あるかと感じました、、

La habitación es muy chica pero tiene lo necesario para ir a descansar y continuar conociendo otros lugares. Mucha comida cerca, muchos lugares para conocer caminando. Es una zona comercial con mucho movimiento de día y de noche Así que no es tranquilo afuera pero adentro no oyes ruido. Aunque hay mucho movimiento nocturno no se ve inseguro

場所はリムジンバスバス停すぐそばですぐチェックインできるので便利です。エレベーターがないので帰りの思いスーツケースは大変です。他の方も書かれているシャワールームの排水口の匂いについては、シャワーのとき以外は濡れたタオルを排水口にかぶせておくとかなり軽減されます。部屋による可能性もありますが、館内着あり、歯ブラシ歯磨き粉あり、バスタオルあり、シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープあり。ラブホを改装したホテルみたいなのでアメニティはそれっぽいです。 コープレジデンスは何もなかったので結構そろっていると感じました。フリーの飲み物は本当に助かります。 他の方とだいたい同じです。

東大門歴史文化公園駅とバス、エアポートリムジンの乗り場からすごく近く(徒歩1、2分)、お部屋は狭めですが、歯ブラシやタオルもあり、困ったことは何もなし。スタッフさんも凄く優しく、快適な宿でした。 小さい缶ジュースやお水がフリーなのも凄く良かったです！絶対次韓国行く時もここに泊まると思います。 (dundunやオリーブヤング激近です)

いつもこちらを利用してます！東大門の卸に行くので立地が最高ですし、お部屋が綺麗で使いやすいです。エレベーターが無いので3階4階に泊まる時は階段が大変ですが荷物の上げ下げはフロントの優しいお兄さんたちが手伝ってくれます！タオルやトイレットペーパーなど必要なものはフロントに言えばもらえます！日本語は通じないので韓国語が少しでも話せると意思疎通はしやすいかと！ですがみんな優しいので頑張って伝えようとしてくれます。コーヒーやチルソンサイダー、ジュース、水などが無料で飲み放題なところが魅力です！また次も利用します！

地下鉄2.4.5号線の東大門歴史文化公園駅12番出口から徒歩2〜3分のところにあり、東大門市場にもとても近く、夜遅くまでナイトマーケットを存分に楽しみたい方にオススメです！ スパレックスにも行きやすかったです。 徒歩1〜2分圏内の近くにスーパーやスイカジュースのお店、コーヒー屋さん、コンビニ、ドンドンというショッピングモールもあります。 他の方の口コミで部屋の下水の臭いが気になったというのを見ましたが、確かに少し臭いました。部屋にまで臭ってくることはありませんでしたが、窓を開けておいてもいいかもしれません。 部屋の広さは狭めなので、ひとりでの利用がおすすめです。 荷物が大きい方はスーツケースを広げるスペースがあまりないので少し不便かもしれません。 全体的に清潔だし、スタッフの方も日本語は話せないけど、きちんと対応しようとしてくれる姿勢を感じ好印象です！ ５階建てですがエレベーターがないので 荷物が重い方はちょっと大変かも(^^; でも、階段にスロープがあったのでがんばって引っ張っていけば大丈夫な気もします。 (私は荷物軽め、2階のお部屋だったので苦労しませんでした) 滞在中、洗濯機と乾燥機を使いました！ 韓国語あまりできませんが、なんとなくで使えました笑 屋上は休憩スペース？になっていて素敵でした！ ただ５階まで登り降り2往復したので 息があがりました〜(。-∀-) わりと安めで泊まれたので コスパはいいと思います！ またひとり旅の時にはお世話になります。

1人での利用でお世話になりました。受付の方は、韓国語か英語がOKで。私もカタコトですがハングルを話せたので、翻訳機を利用して意思疎通できました。終始丁寧で笑顔のスタッフの方で安心できました。Wi-Fiがうまく繋がらなかったので、そこだけが、、でしたが あとは交通関係　地下鉄、バスなどが近いのですぐ近くにあるだけでも大変便利でした！また1人の時は利用しようと思いました！
