The location is very good, it is quite close to the city hall metro station and also the seoul station. Inside the house is very clean and spacious. There is a washing machine inside the house but no drying machine. The staff is quite friendly there. Our overall stay eas very good! We highly recommend this hotel to other traveler.

The family hotel room was like an apartment, with a kitchen (including washer and dryer), lounge with table and couch, and then 3 beds in a seperate room. Bathroom was very large and clean. It’s a hotel within a hotel (the Ramada). Good location near Seoul station and City Hall station. Limited options for food at hotel but only a 5-10 minute walk to lots of restaurants and cafes. We enjoyed our stay. Serviced daily.

Fantastic hotel with all the needed amenities (kettle, kitchen, washing machine). Close to major attractions and Seoul train station by foot. Very practical. Check in took 2 minutes with the machine and a staff member still came over to ensure I had everything I needed. They also store luggage. All of this with a super affordable price. Really great!

Our room was huge and had lots of space for luggage. Rooms were cleaned daily, fresh towels and water everyday was nice. Staff were always there to help if you needed anything and it was great having a washing machine in the room. It took us some time to find good food and restaurants in the area but once we found them we were happy we chose this location as we could walk to several things.

We stayed in Seoul for a brief trip and found the room adequate for a short stay. Kiosk check‑in was convenient, and the staff assisting with the process were helpful. The lobby staff, who actually work for another hotel, were not very friendly or welcoming, which made things harder for foreign travellers struggling with the language. Overall, the stay was okay and served its purpose.

Hotel Modak in Namdaemun was a great place to stay in Seoul. Nearby convenience stores, Seoul Station, and pretty much in the middle of Seoul, you get a good stay. The room we had included a washing machine, spacious living room, comfortable beds, a kitchenette, a fridge, and other helpful things. I loved that, with the house cleaning, there was a free water bottle per guest. The accommodation host was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions whenever we had any. Thank you for a great stay!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and stored our luggage after our luggage. They even helped me with printing a document. The hotel is conveniently located near the Seoul station, Lotte mart and bus stops. The airport bus stop is right in front of the building. Namdaemun is walkable as well. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would return again.

This property met our needs perfectly for a four night stay. The suite was immaculately clean, was easy to check in to via the kiosk and we could leave our bags for a few hours after checking out. It’s only a short walk from Seoul station, and is well served by buses going in all directions. Would definitely stay again.

Very great place to stay. The room was clean and spacious. The washroom was new and there was a washer and dryer inside the room, aside from other appliances such as stove, microwave, fridge (no dishwasher or iron). Everyday the cleaning staff cleaned up the room and left us water bottles. Overall very happy and would come back here if I'm ever in Seoul.

Decent value hotel if you want to stay near Seoul Station or Namdaemon Markets. Local area is very quiet on a weekend. Room was spacious and clean. Unique arrangement where this hotel takes floors of the Ramada so you don’t have access to the usual hotel experience ie lobby reception, restaurant, etc, but this was fine for us.
