Self check-in/out was convenient. The hotel is a bit hard to find though as it is not shown on iphone map and uber. Great location. Good size suite.

The suite is basically an apartment and has full kitchen facilities, including a washing machine The hotel is located an easy walk from Seoul station, and was well worth the cost to stay there.

Hotel is around 10mins away from the station but the walk is relatively easy (mostly flat). Room was spacious. Interaction with staff is minimal due to self-checkin nature but the interaction that we did have, staff was nice and helpful. The hotel is shared building with Ramada but prior to arrival, we received instructions on where to go for self-checkin and the process.

The room was very spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with daily cleaning and towel replacements. Complimentary slippers and water were provided daily, and the kitchenette was a great feature, equipped with utensils, bowls, cups, a stove top, a kettle, and a microwave. Although there was no physical front desk, we found it easy and quick to get assistance via WhatsApp or the other communication channels. For instance, when we had an issue with our room key, we sent a message and received prompt assistance within minutes. Since we only intended to stay in our room to sleep, we didn’t mind the lack of amenities like a gym or pool, as they are shared with the Ramada. Essentially, this is a room with a virtual check-in via a kiosk and remote assistance. Despite these limitations, we enjoyed our stay due to the reasonable price, convenient location, and renovated room.

The room is clean, bright and spacious. There is a washing maching in the room and laundry capsules are provided upon request. Although the hotel does not have a front desk, the staff responded promptly to my queries via Whatsapp and were willing to provide assistance. There is an airport bus stop right outside the hotel.

Adequate and seemed good value

Plenty of places nearby for eating. Room was quiet. Good location close to Seoul Station metro and Korail. Our enquiries and requests via Whatsapp were responded to promptly. Checkin and out were done at a digital kiosk, and very simple.

The staffs were exceptional. We couldn’t get a taxi to our next hotel so Jun helped us with our luggage and walked us to the subway station and carried our luggage down the stairs. We are extremely grateful. 정말 감사합니다

The accommodations were simple but we had everything we needed. They allow more than 4 people (we had 5) but do not have roll away beds or couches. The staff was very kind and gave our kids snacks every time we saw him. He helped us with a taxi and helped us with whatever we asked.

Outstanding value for money - two convenience stores and some good restaurants right beside entrance. 10 to 12 minute walk to Seoul Train Station. Loved the self-checkin. I am usually not a fan but this one was seamless. Beds were super comfortable and the shower was fantastic. Towels are small compared elsewhere but plenty were provided.

There is a Kiosk for check in/out. Very easy to use. Room was spacious and clean. When we visited there was a cold snap in Seoul, but the room was warm and pleasant. Airport Limo Bus 6702 drops you off at the front entrance of the Ramada Inn & Suites also picks up at same location. The hotel is within walking distance of Seoul Station (10 min. walk) so can easily catch metro or Korail trains. Also the Lottee Zetaplex is at Seoul Station. Can also walk to City Hall Station and Lottee Department Store in Myeondong (12 min. walk). There are 5 coffee shops available (one in the lobby, Mega Coffee, Compose Coffee, Mini Coffee, and Starbucks), and 2 CU stores all less than a few feet away. Location is great, clean, spacious. There was some construction going on outside, but that it outside of the control of the hotel and noise was minimal and did not affect sleep.

Kiosk check in and check out. It's available in English as well. Great location with Seoul station and Namdaemun right downstairs. The room was a bit dusty but clean otherwise. Lot of convenience store and coffee shops. During business hours, they were able to hold my bags for me while I did some sightseeing on my last day. The staff were so kind.

I stayed there between 7/10-13. The location was 10 minutes from Seoul station which is a prime location. Also, the room was nice and clean. One of the best one was the laundry. The room has a laundry. I stayed with my daughter and we definitely needed small laundry service every day. The laundry in the room helps me a lot. Easy check in with very friendly staffs. I will definitely stay there again. Thanks for the gummy snacks. I daughter loved it.

We stayed for five days, and even my father, who uses a wheelchair, was able to move around the room comfortably. In terms of sightseeing, the location couldn’t have been more convenient. The hotel has a modern system that allows communication with the front desk through LINE and other apps, and they responded to our inquiries promptly and efficiently. Traveling in Seoul with my parents, who are in their 80s, became a truly memorable experience. For our return trip, my husband and I went back to Canada one day earlier, while my parents stayed an extra day. Fortunately, there were plenty of great restaurants around the hotel, so they had no trouble finding good food. However, since the area is a business district, many shops and restaurants were closed over the weekend. We ended up dining near Seoul Station.

This property was absolutely perfect for my family and served as a home base for 11 days or so. The staff was responsive and helpful via Kakao and communication was easy. The hotel room itself was spacious for my family of 4 and provided us the basic needs to feel comfortable with a stocked kitchen, full size freezer and fridge and microwave The saving grace was the washing machine which we used many times. The only downside was there was no dryer so we had to hang dry everything (they provided a drying rack) so we were fine, just myself, I love a dryer. But we wound up having clean clothes so no complaints. They even provided detergent when I asked. The bathroom was perfectly stocked and the quality of shampoo / conditioner/wash was great. I'd say the only thing for the bathroom was that while fully stocked with towels, all the towels were hand towels, no bath-sized towels. we managed fine but I generally prefer bath-sized towels to wrap up in. My last stay in Seoul was a little closer the City Hall station so my initial reaction to the location this time was slightly disappointed but in the end it wound up working out. We were about an 8-10 minute walk from the City Hall station and just 6-7 minute walk to Namdaemun Market area and the area we were in was non-touristy and more quiet which was good. There is a well-stocked convenient store directly across the hotel and an entire food hall just under the hotel.

Parking was convenient, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly, and there was a coffee shop on the first floor of the hotel. There are also several restaurants nearby, and the subway station is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.
