Property is gorgeous filled with art work. The gym is well equipped with incredible views. This hotel is surrounded by office buildings and not convenient for sight seeing. Had to cab everywhere and the traffic could be horrendous sometimes.

Above and beyond

Absolutely fantastic hotel, with stellar service. From the first contact with the concierge desk before our trip to repatriating some glasses forgotten at a rental car location, not even linked with the Josun Palace, the service is one of the best we ever got in any hotel in that category. The location is good in Gangnam, and the hotel is beautiful and in perfect condition. It will be difficult to go anywhere else when we go back to Seoul.

Everything was pricy at the bar and restaurants. staff was very nice. Hotel staff told us to estimate 1hr to the incheon airport. it took almost 2hrs. just beware that traffic is horrible at this area.

Josun Palace is beautiful in every way. The staff are kind and speak English well as well as are patient listeners. The location is perfect; and it has several luxury cars parked at the entrance as well as available cars for transportation. Dining is buffet style, or you may order; and it has any food you can imagine you desire to eat. The pool is large and grandeurs. The rooms are like mini apartments with a closet of wines, teas, coffee, and utensils. I did not want to leave. I definitely will return and recommend this hotel to all who desire to experience pure rest and relation, fun, fine dining and the lap of luxury.

Overpriced.

Totally awful. They've placed used shampoo, conditioner, body wash. It's not sealed. Very poor build quality of bathroom. Slow and inaccurate services. Taking too long time for everything. such as check-in, request something in the room, check-out. Most strange thing is they were trying to fix the bathtub in my room while I'm in the room. I never asked, did they want to disturb my stay? Don't expect something to the club lounge. You can get only 3 cookies and coffee, 2 glasses of cocktail, cheeses during your whole stay. I don't know what did I pay for.

Extraordinary stay at one of the top hotels in Seoul. Service is above and beyond. Food is superb and the corner rooms have the most stunning view of the city. Everything is absolutely perfect. Easy to walk to the main shopping area in Gangnam, lots of fabulous restaurants and also Lotte World Tower and Mall. Highly recommend!
