Capsules were clean, but the toilets and shower area never felt as clean as other hostels at the same price. Wasnt sure how often they were cleaned either. The first night the AC wasn't working either so it was really hot and uncomfortable in the room but they fixed it the next morning. Location is pretty close to subway and all the popular areas in seoul. Althought the hotel is in a random street with construction warehouses and stores next to it.

Had to change hotels on the same day/Bad Hotel

The hotel was so bad I had to book another one on the same day. Hotel.com staff were super helped up and understanding and helped me through. But not only was the hotel was extremely bad, when asked for refund(I sent pictures of a dirty bed, no moving space within the room, and voiced my concern that even tho it was supposed to be an all female floor, men were using the bathroom and had easy and free access to our beds) they only refunded me 20$ out of the 600$ I paid. So: hotel has no common area, the floors that are supposed to be separate are mixed, the beds are dirty, inside the capsule is extremely hot, no space to open any kind of luggage, the showers had extreme mold, the staff were no where to been seen and the hotel is located on a fabric factory street(the smell of chemicals is pungent).

Major security issues and unclean. You can access the building without keys or passwords. There is no verification during check-in so you can access a list of people staying there that night. Someone else was accessing my locker so i had to sleep with my valuables. Rooms were cluttered and space limited. Beds may not be large enough for tall guests. Showers were slow to heat up. Do not reccomend.

The stay was excellent ! However they should have staff manning the front desk from opening of check in till close of check in . Instead of putting a sheet of paper out front with code to enter this should be sent in an email or text to each individual personally . Otherwise anyone can enter in the premises

Honestly, I loved it. 10/10 recommend and would do again. At no point did I have contact with a staff person. Everything was self explanatory and prepared ahead for you.

I ended up not staying in the hotel after seeing the poor conditions even I paid for it. It looks like they put a few bed in the middle of a construction zone. If you have a very limited budget, then it wouldn’t kill you to stay here but otherwise I wouldn’t recommend.

I would like to address an issue that occurred during my stay. One night, I discovered that my room had been occupied due to a mistake on the part of the staff, which appears to have resulted from a communication error. Consequently, I was required to stay in another room that night. The alternative space provided was insufficient, as it was too small for me to open my luggage. Additionally, there were no common areas available for me to relax or attend to my personal needs.
