「The stay is very wonderful! The room is well-decorated and clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The quality of the 2-euro breakfast worths far more than it costs. If I come back to Bergamo, will definitely book it again. Rmb to inform the reception of wt time u will arrive 1-2 days in advance as it's a small hotel with 6 rooms, staff is not always here.」

Hyggelig by med mange gode spisesteder.

「Hotel was gorgeous but a few things let it down.
1. I had to chase for the ZTL exemption and the key code to enter the property
2. When we arrive the car gates did not open using the code we had been provided, this had to be updated after I had called
3. Coffee machine in room did not work
4. Shower head fell off when we were using it
5. Hairdryer did work, then stopped working half way through
6. No towels for our daughter, just two sets put out
7. Safe could not be opened, luckily did not...
