「The hotel team are excellent - always smiling and kind. The receptionists were very helpful in recommending places and provided adaptors for our chargers. The restaurant team provided us with ice and pot of water to use in our room. Unfortunately the room is very small with no kettle, or small fridge, and no space to sit around comfortably. The restaurant barmen, provided ice and also pot of hot water for us to bring into our room as a solution. luckily there is an outdoor garden seating...

"Everything is good, while the room is a bit small. Recommended because of the convenient location where we could find a lot of shops and good restaurants. Rossio Railway Station and metro station are just at a corner. Safe area. "
