「Kinderfreundliches, liebevolles Personal. Abendessen war super: tolle Atmosphäre, leckeres Essen und gute Weinkarte. Man könnte die sehr schöne Terrasse noch mehr nutzen. Wir haben auf einen Tisch draußen warten müssen obwohl viele Tische nicht belegt waren. Die Zimmer hatten viel praktisches Zubehör und waren sehr sauber.」

「We had the most amazing time here. The staff were so helpful and genuine. Rita was very helpful! She booked our transportation and was able to accommodate for us. The rooms were very clean and updated. The breakfast was beyond. We did the wine tasting- the most amazing wine tasting experience I’ve ever had. We also got a massage- this was amazing too. So relaxing. The pool was amazing as well. Very clean. This place is truly magical. Out of a painting. I’ll forever hold a memory of this place...

「We stayed as a family and enjoyed the properties facilities including pool swings and outdoor games. The Tuscan dinner was enjoyable with amazing views. Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value. My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful.」

「入住的第一印象就很好，櫃檯英文解說速度會刻意放慢讓我們聽懂而不是想草草了事，且有帶我們暸解完整環境設施以及客房位置，停車可停在房間前面(看房型)。周邊環境清幽，風景很好，距離San Gimignano, The Mall和Firenze都不遠。飯店本身有很多TOUR可以預訂，可以先上官網看看有沒有想嘗試的。我們有一晚在飯店用餐，服務生態度很好，餐點美味！沒有缺點，不過要注意入住時間，櫃檯不是24小時的」
