So much so that we almost want to keep it a secret: The location is great (in the hillside above Florence), the space is amazing with high-quality furniture and materials, and the hosts are super friendly and accommodating. 「It is about 300 m walk to the residence once you get off the bus. It is about a five minute bus ride to Fiesole. Easy to get into Florence downtown with a 30 minute bus ride to Duomo. Nice hot shower! It could use a better bed. Other than that I’d stay again but having a car would be more convenient. Nice restaurant when you get off the bus. 」

「We stayed there for 5 nights (April 9 -14, 2017) at room no. 2. We had such an enjoyable time there as the owners, Mr. Viviano and Mrs. Carla and their sons, were very friendly to us. They gave us useful information concerning Montecatini and Tuscany. We really appreciated this family-run hotel. Our room was very clean and done every day. We also had a good sleep every night after long walks and sightseeing activites. The via F. Cavallotti road where the hotel is situated is very tranquil....

"整體來說，房間非常不錯，空間還算大的。 但是隔音較為差，到了晚上樓上房行走到會聽到聲音。但是整體都是非常好的經驗。 早餐就是一概外國西式早餐，我們帶了杯麵在晚上到餐廳門外地方加熱水服務員很好的幫我們添加更熱的熱水泡杯麵，亦是很讚的。 我們是非常早的時候，需要離開到機場，前台的服務員亦很好幫忙我們叫車。"
