讚好：整潔度、設施服務和住宿狀況
Overall the staff stood out for me, they worked very hard with what they had, they were always polite and went above and beyond to make sure you were comfortable and happy.
As for the hotel, I was very disappointed that the gym was out of use( one of the main reasons I chose that hotel) however you were given a voucher to use another hotel that was 10mins walk away, that wasn’t appealing to me, as I wanted the convenience of doing my workout then shower and breakfast, it was a tight window for my routine to flow.
The sower was disappointing as there were irrigation issues, the water kept backing up, it wouldn’t drain away quickly, I did report it several times, they did try to rectify it with a plunger but it was temporary.
Another important point, security needs to be stepped up as a man managed to enter the hotel and scammed me out of 400 delassi( their currency) so be very careful if someone approaches you with a hard luck story about running out of petrol and having to take his mother to the hospital.. he spoke very good English . So be careful!
