Great home in a great location.

The house is well equipped with everything you need to make the most of a long stay in Colonia. We really loved this location. Easy to get to the seafront boardwalk and the center of town or any of the main beaches. Marga was prompt to respond to all our questions and was easy to get in touch with. Our whole family had space. The outdoor dining was one of our favorite features.

Pros: Wurden sehr nett empfanagen, sogar mit Kuchen ... Unkomplizierte Übergabe, sogar vor dem eigentlichen Zeitpunkt. Super schnelle Rückerstattung der Kaution. Tolle Ausstattung - tolle Lage - großzügige Raumaufteilung. Richtig toll gepflegt und sauber

Gelungene Urlaub!

Pros: Wir waren 2 Wochen im Mai 2022 in der Ferienwohnung Tobalu. Es war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Parterrwohnung ist sehr Gross und hat 2 Terrassen, umgeben von vielen Rosen in unterschiedliche Farben; ausserdem hat es diverse Obst/Zitrusbaume. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gab 3 Schlafzimmer, mit 2 gut ausgestatteten und sauberen Badezimmern. Die Küche hatte viele verschiedene Küchengeräte, und alles nötiges. Die sehr ruhige Lage haben wir besonders geschätzt. Gleich um die Ecke, hat es ein gutes Restaurant "Es Mollet", mit den beste Paellas, Crema Catalana, etc. Das Meer ist in 2 Gehminuten entfernt. In ca. 15 Gehminuten erreicht man der wunderschöne Strand Es Trenc oder in die gleiche Zeit der Haffen wo sich ebenfalls ein gutes Restaurant "Port Blu" befindet. Die Besitzerin, Frau Margalida Julia, ist ein wunderbare und simpatische Mensch, und hat sich bemüht das alles perfekt ist. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Danke! Cons: Einzig: es fehlt ein Tupperdose / vorratsbehälter um z. Bsp. Wassermelonen, etc. an Strand zu nehmen !
