“Stayed here for 5 days traveling for work. The rooms were clean enough, but the housekeepers walked into my room two days in a row without knocking or announcing themselves first, they just opened the door and walked in. I was not going to be in the room on the last day of my stay so I expected they would just let themselves in again. I neatly stacked all my trash, towels, and bedsheets near the door so they could easily collect. Came back to the room that night to find it untouched. No clean……

“The reception desk person was very nice and made sure I was able to access the room okay. I was happy that this property was pet friendly. At first glance the room looked good, but when I laid down and looked at the ceiling, I noticed a bunch of red stains above the bed. The area of town the property is in is rundown and a little sketchy and once I got in the room, I locked the door and didn't leave until I checked out in the morning.”

“The bathroom had hair on it and hair on shower floor. The bathroom door wouldn’t stay open without putting the trash can in front of it to hold it open. The microwave rotating glass plate wouldn’t stay in place so you couldn’t use it. The refrigerator didn’t have a freezer compartment and we had ice packs we wanted to refreeze”

“We chose to pay at the property with cash and had to put a cash deposit(refundable) with what we paid for the room. But I dont remember seeing or reading that there would be a "cash deposit" for a "cash transaction" on the website. When I asked what the deposit was for the lady was a little snippy and stated it would be for any damages found. We are old so highly unlikley we would create any damages!
