Remodelled Beach/Pool View Condo
This condo has been fully remodelled & has all the necessities guest would need to enjoy a great vacation on 7 mile beach.
Sunset Cove Resort is a fantastic property located on Seven Mile Beach, that is close to great restaurants, shops, coffee shops, beach bars & more. There is a large pool with a a swim up bar, hot tub, children's shallow pool & restaurants on property. The beach area includes a protected swimming cove with a reef for great snorkelling. We recently did some enhancements to the beds and in the loft we added a new queen bed.

The listing accurately reflects the condo, though some of the older, lower-quality finishes show significant wear and tear. Unfortunately, the host’s approach felt indifferent; she acted as if the property sells itself and put very little effort into the hospitality side of the experience.

Good condo, but property was a mess
Location is great, beach is clean, pool area is clean as well. However curb appeal is lacking due to an abandoned Margaritaville that shares the property. They started demoing the building during our stay, so hopefully the grounds are cleaned up and nicer in a future stay. The sidewalks were full of empty bottles/trash and needed to be cleaned off near the demo area.
I wasn’t aware the 3rd bedroom was a lofted space with no door, also the stairs to get upstairs are steep and difficult to climb for a small toddler (parent carrying toddler) or an older guest. We had to put a small child in a pack and play in the lofted space (not ideal for us) but if you had older children or teenagers, it would be perfect!
Other than that, it was a beautiful stay and we really enjoyed our week!! Also the food at the swim up bar is GREAT!

All you could want from a stay on Seven Mile
The condo is well situated on SMB, near restaurants and bars within walking distance and decorated in a friendly, clean and welcoming manner. Being on the 3rd floor had the added bonus of a view of Seven Mile and the pool activities were not too distracting.

Very good, good location, pool great, the bar is swim up which was great, a swim and snorkeling area footsteps away so once we got checked in all went well. Check your confirmation we were double booked and lucky put in a different condo more expensive but was compensated by VRBO people it all worked out well just a little rocky start.

Great location
It’s a fantastic place to stay. We have stayed all over the island and this is one of our favorite places. It’s perfect for families with young children. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, and a great coffee place too. The swim up bar has decent food to grab lunch and coconut Joe’s across the street is a good dinner spot. I definitely recommend this place to a family with young children that just want to relax where they’re staying. It really has everything you’ll need to have a great vacation.

Relaxing retreat
Location and grounds were great. Wonderful view of ocean and cruise ships etc. coming into harbor. Great food and drinks on property and close by. Cleaning issue compensated by host and hopefully corrected for future guests. Overall, a great time!

Great stay
The condo is exactly as listed. Renovated unit with everything you may need during your stay. The location is everything. Right on the beach with a beautiful cove you can see from your balcony. The pool was great, including the swim up bar. Plenty of community floats and beach toys for the kids. We had a car rental which was very convenient to get around the island but plenty of food and supplies are walking distance. Grand Cayman is beautiful, clean and safe. Will be back!

A Piece of Heaven!
Justin and Heather's place is absolutely perfect. I f you are lucky enough to find an available date, book it without delay. It looks/feels brand new on the inside with every amenity you need to enjoy your time in the Cayman's. It's walking distance to several great restaurants and central to most everything else. The pool with swim-up bar is a nice touch while the beach is just a few steps away. They have a beautiful place, great location and attentive hosts. We can't wait to return.
