Great property to stay! The view was spectacular! Very quiet at this resort. The only thing that I would change was the coffee pot. The pot didn’t match the make so the coffee didn’t stay hot. We had to microwave the coffee to make it warmer. Would recommend this place for others. Thanks for the stay!
Great location on Seven Mile beach. The view from the deck is an amazing place for coffee and cocktails. Easy to access all attractions and nice having the Marriott nextdoor.
The property is conveniently located on 7-mile beach close to where you want to be. The terrace is the highlight overlooking crystal clear water. While the property has good qualities, it could benefit from more attention to the smaller details the enhance a getaway experience.
Very nice accommodation and location. Offered us everything we needed. Communication with owner was superb and they were very helpful when we needed it. I look forward to staying there again during the next trip.
The view was amazing. Nice floor plan with plenty of space and large outdoor space overlooking the sea. Only negative was the fact that the beach in front of the complex has been eroded to the point that it no longer exists.
This is a great place to stay in Grand Cayman. My family of 6 loved it. Unit had everything we needed, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The only thing I’d point out is there really is no beach anymore, the water goes right up to the concrete area for the pool.
The penthouse layout was perfect and clean. 3 bed/2 bath with a nice living area and a crazy nice patio/balcony overlooking 7-mile beach. We enjoyed eating out, but we cooked most of our meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There were lots of places to eat within a 5 minute walk. The beach in front of the Regal Beach Club was just fine. It wasn't as wide as it was several years ago, but the beach right next door at the Marriott was completely gone. We definitely would book this place again!!!
My husband and I, together with 3 of our adult kids enjoyed a fantastic week. The view was breathtaking and exceeded expectations. We enjoyed morning coffee and dinners on the patio. Relieved to just settle into a week without having to drive anywhere. We also appreciated the accessibility from and to the airport. The condo was so well stocked and groceries assessable by foot. We ate most of our lunches and breakfasts in which we love. The kids loved their few days of scuba diving. It truly was an amazing week. Thank you Carol.

This is a very nice condo with a beautiful paio and space
The title advertises “beachfront “ which is not accurate. The ocean comes right to the lower patio and you can’t walk on the beach directly from here. It’s waterfront and you need to walk somewhere around 15 minutes on the road to get to the beach
The RBC is in a great location on SMB and it was easy to get to restaurants, grocery, and other activities. We loved the condo, view, and awesome water and wouldn't hesitate to rent again. The security officers were great and very helpful and this property is definitely one of the nicest we have stayed at on GCI. Two downsides: Since we went in the low season, there was A LOT of renovation construction on-going at the Marriott next door that was extremely loud every day and detracted from our experience. Secondly, the picture of the beach in front of RBC should be updated since there really isn't a sandy beach anymore and we were expecting to have chairs on the beach instead of just up at the pool.
What a great place! The first things you notice when you walk in or how clean the entire unit is and the fantastic, indescribable, view from the balcony. The whole unit is spacious, three bedrooms and updated bathrooms as well as a fairly stocked kitchen, lots of TV channels for those rainy days in a great location. Peppers across the street has excellent lunch and dinner fare (try the oxtail for those who never have and like to try new things), it's just a short walk to breakfast, lunch or dinner.
Our favorite part was a quarter mile swim/snorkel down towards the main area of seven Mile Beach and back. Saw flounder, crabs, numerous fish, found great shells, and the water is as clear as can be. We've already agreed that we would like to stay here when we come back.
We LOVED our time in this amazing penthouse and plan to come back. They have an amazingly stocked place. Great hangers, decently stocked kitchen, Beautiful views! We did not need swim shoes for the first water it was so clear and easy to navigate. The host was kind, responsive and a delight to work with. The only thing I would wish is for the ability to pay for a late check out if no other renters were coming. I love this villa and will be back. The online shopping. App is tricky .. also getting cabs .. make sure you put a one and country code …
We booked at Regal Beach Club for spring break. Very nice property with a pool and tennis court on the beach. The apartment was lovely. We had the top floor with terrace overlooking the ocean with a great outdoor space. Location was walking distance to many stores and restaurants, but you do need a car. Parking at the property was adequate.
The property is directly next door to the Marriott and it was easy to walk between the properties to use their restaurant etc. You will hear a lot of activity/music from the Marriott.
Unfortunately there has been serious erosion of the beach which is nearly nonexistent at the Regal. If you want more beach you need to move further north on Seven Mile Beach.
Overall, we had a positive experience and would recommend highly.
Our family of 5 had a wonderful vacation in Grand Cayman. My husband and I honeymooned on Grand Cayman, 7 Mile Beach, 27 years ago and it was so nice to come back with our kids.
Our favorite part was the amazing outside space in the condo right over the ocean. Although the whole condo was beautiful, and more than met our needs, we spent most of the time we were in the condo outside on the deck....the view was breathtaking and it was amazing to have the private space.
It was so nice to have the Marriott right next door. We could pop over for a drink or food in no time at all.
The location was prime and it was nice to be able to walk to Camana Bay and little shops nearby. Our kids (23, 21 and 1) all loved the condo and the location.
Carol was so nice and responsive with questions we had and we are so thankful we found her VRBO....it seemed to good to be true on line but when we got there we were so happy!
Great location easy check in beautiful water and close to just about everything. Clean and quiet and a view that’s amazing at sunset! A short walk from the car upstairs and it’s a place for rest and reset! Enjoy
