「We had a great stay overall! This was our second year staying at Deer Ridge Resort, and we ended up getting the exact same condo both times. The mountain view right from the deck is absolutely amazing. We traveled by car with 2 adults and 4 kids to enjoy the fall foliage. During our trip, we spent time at the clubhouse, took in the breathtaking scenery, and saw lots of active wildlife around—including elk, turkeys, geese, and even a bear on our drive down the mountain! We also plan to stop by...

「Spiders and spider webs and dusty behind dresser, under bed and base boards, under bed and closet. The new upgrade was awesome but I hate spiders and dust and I’m pretty sure most people do, sorry but you asked」

「Great location allowing us to walk pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Even crossed paths with a black bear behind the property as he went on his evening stroll. Enjoyed our three year anniversary with the help of such great hosts and location to fun entertainment.」

「Perfect location about 5 minutes or less from the Parkway and Dollywood. The condo was clean but the carpet in the upstairs could use a good cleaning. Communication with the host was great. We would stay here again.」

「One of the best experiences I had with my Golf Group, 28 Guys spending 3 nights and 4 days of Golf, lots of space for everyone for private time or use the common area for group times, great location and Kathleen was a fantastic host and great communication for time of booking 5 months before arriving until checkout, will be using her again for future trips」

「We had a very comfortable stay and we got to see some bears. That was awesome.」

「The home was excellent for my family and I. Clean and easy process to rent. Very comfortable and the host gave us great suggestions for dinner. Thank you!」

「The location and place were great and comfortable. It was a little dusty and had spiderwebs. I reached out to the host because the neighbors above us were very noisy, but I never got a response. When I first booked, a few days later I tried to cancel because something came up, and the host didn't respond until a few days later, but I had already resolved my issue so I was able to keep my booking. So my only issue is host communication. Other than that, everything was great. The view from the...

「Our condo was good. The only thing I would recommend is bigger TV's in the bedroom(19 inches), and a fan in the bedroom that doesn't have air or heat .」

「Will definitely stay here again.」

「Fantastic. We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our visit. 5 stars」

「It was cozy but the location was very close to the county dump. Room wasn’t ready so we had to move rooms twice and spent half a day waiting on them to come clean the room after saying they would be there first thing in the morning and would help us move the stuff. I had to move all the stuff twice 」

「We had an amazing stay and couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, offering beautiful scenery while still being close to local attractions, restaurants, and activities. We especially appreciated how well the property was maintained and how easy the check-in and check-out process was. It truly felt like a home away from home, and our family made so...

「Everything was good but AC at the rooms are not cold enough.」

「The host was able to answer all my concerns in a very timely manner the placeWas clean the bed very comfortable right within walking distance to all the attractions we wanted to see I would recommend it 100% loved it」

「We stayed at Serenity 722 as a group of 16. Our stay was fantastic. The property was clean and peaceful. The property was close in proximity to many attractions throughout the city.Prepare yourself by bringing a broom. Somehow the property doesn't have one. Otherwise, be sure to refer to the email preparing you for the trip. The email details which items are included and what you should bring. Also, the pool is not attached to this building. It is a community pool however, it was always clean,...

「Nice and clean. Condos were closed to everything in Pigeon Forge.」

「We had a great time, the book inside the room claimed there was no way to watch TV, that was not an issue, we could watch the TV fine when we wanted to. We saw several bears while there. Everything was clean. The shower floor seemed a little unsteady, but we managed fine. The only "issue" we had was other people staying at the complex would leave the covers off the hot tub and they would not be warm when we wanted to get in them, but that is at no fault to the host. The drive up the mountain was...
