The Inn at Apple Valley, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Great staff clean rooms nice breakfast pool and hot tub were fun even in November , towels included, balcony was nice watched-deer playing in the apple orchard . Only negative was the mattress needs replacing

Hilton Garden Inn Pigeon Forge
Hotel does not provide complimentary breakfast. Breakfast can be purchased for a fee. When we checked into room the bathroom mirror had a large crack in the mirror. Use of shower hot water increased the size of the crack which was reported.

I think the staff was amazing. Room was clean. The only complaints I have are that you don't offer coffee in the lobby for free so people can get it themselves, we had to stand in line and wait while the lady hosting went to get them, it just seems she had enough to do without adding that her list. ...
