Overall Good Location for Price

The pros: reasonable price, hot tub was nice, and pretty good location for pigeon forge or Gatlinburg visits. The cons: has some major foundation issues in middle of the house causing a pretty big dip in the flooring, no super comfortable places to sit in the house (couch was not great), and a pet peave of mine: I'm 6'3" and couldn't see my face in a single mirror in the place.

Wonderful!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and definitely will be back. The location is convenient to everything. It was easy to find. The owners were helpful and responsive. The space in the home is much bigger than I expected. The neighborhood is quiet. The hot tub was awesome. It was the best way to spend my birthday!

Great neighborhood

Love this neighborhood. The location is great and close to the attractions. Loved the condo. Just the right size for the 4 of us and our 2 fur babies. Cooked heat and serve Thanksgiving meal. Could have used an additional sauce pan or two, but we made it work. The dishwasher is a little wonky as the entire machine moves when opening the door.

My 3 person family along with 2 pups stayed 2 night. The condo was great and conveniently located to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville center and only a short drive to Gatlinburg. We"d stay again.

Great Stay Near the Smokies

It was a great place to stay!! There is so much to do near this location including the Smokey Mnts and Dollywood and so many other things. I appreciated how well and clearly the hosts communicated the whole time. I also appreciated the book the hosts left with recommendations of things to do in the area. I felt like we lacked no good thing!

Condo in Sevierville

Nice home away from the busy streets. Communication with owners is a 10! Only problem I had was couch is very low and with recent spinal surgery not comfortable for me. A big chair in living room would be a great addition. Also would have liked to have rugs at entrances to avoid leaves coming in on feet. Great location , close to local tourist sites.

Getaway

Overall good. Nice location. Cold air entered at the living room area. The mini blinds in the living room need replaced, (broken blinds). Master bed is on a frame full/queen size frame with a king mattress, which can be a safety hazard; especially if you start to sit on the side of the bed, careful you will fall in the floor. We did have an issue with the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi will not connect if you have privacy for IP tracing on, set on your phone. We apt to forgo the Wi-Fi connection.

Great getaway

We had this booked for our twin boys’ 9th birthday. Our local community was severely affected by the floods from hurricane Helene and our house has no power or water, and we were afraid we wouldn’t be able to make it due to road conditions. We were able, thankfully, and this little condo gave us a great sense of normalcy. We were able to wash clothes, take showers, and have a normal couple of nights. It was a great relief and we would definitely recommend.

Very nice place to stay. Easily accessible not up any steep cliffs which makes my life easier. You get your own private hot tub.

Great property, even better hosts!

We had a great time during our trip. The beds are comfy, the unit was extremely clean and the hot tub was amazing. The location is within a short drive to everything while also providing a feeling of seclusion away from the main tourist attractions. Abe and Kate were extremely responsive, provided information about things to do in the area and were so sweet! We had an issue with the fridge and they immediately had it taken care of. You wont regret booking this place!

Quiet & Convenient

The location was very convenient to shopping and attractions. The townhouse sits between two other units, we were surprised how quiet it was. Both units were occupied and we couldn’t hear any noise from either side. Nicely decorated, new furnishings and very clean! We enjoyed our stayed and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for families

Staying here was wonderful! Everything was clean and well maintained. The host's are quick to reply to questions and help with any issues we may have had (which, honestly, were none). Very close to downtown Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but far enough to be out of the hustle and bustle. 100% recommend!

Clean and Spacious

We enjoyed the quiet and it really was a lot bigger than it looked in the pics, the bunk beds are full Queen mattresses! The arcade game actually worked and was a fun family activity. All of the rooms had decent sized smart tvs so we were able to stream all of our shows that we are used to at home. We will definitely stay here again 😊🤩
