Clean, spacious, away from the crowds

We enjoyed our quick weekend getaway for an event in the area. This property was away from the high traffic, but still close enough to get to everything in the area quickly. We had everything we needed to be comfortable and relaxed during our stay.

Perfect townhouse for the week!

This was the perfect place for our family of 4! Abe and Kate were so helpful from the moment we booked. They were very fast to respond to all of my messages and questions. The townhouse was exactly as described. My girls loved their room with the bunk beds and arcade game! We all enjoyed the decor and the hot tub. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays. Thanks again for making our week so easy and enjoyable!

Great little townhouse perfect for our family stay in the mountains

This location is a great value and was perfect for our family. At the price of a decent hotel, you get plenty of room for everyone. It is a very spacious 2 bedroom townhome. The kids loved the full-size bunk bed and my husband and I had a king bed in the master suite. There is a Pac-Man game machine in the second bedroom and the kids loved it. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. No major mountain roads to climb to get to it, not a problem for us, but I know some folks don't like driving steep roads to get to their home. Owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and quickly addressed the few concerns we had (internet had been reset after a recent outage, but they resolved it in a timely manor). They were great to work with. We will definitely check the availability of this home next time we are in the area!

Great location

The apartment was in a great location to Dollywood and pigeon forge. No steep hills to climb and parking was fine. Abe was very nice and texted us when we first arrived. We did see a few minor issues and let him know. The toilet in the primary bathroom was running and the blinds were missing in the bathroom. Not a big deal as it was a super small window on the second floor. Figure he will get those fixed pretty quickly. We were only there for the weekend and just basically slept there. Showers were good and it was clean no bugs. All in all we would stay in the unit again.

First family trip to Tennessee

Easy to follow check in/check out process. Good accommodations for our family. Kids enjoyed the arcade and hot tub. Fairly close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg to be able to enjoy the mountains and tourist attractions.

Short stay - excellent value

We stopped to go to Dollywood on our way to Orlando. Nature's Summer Retreat was the perfect place to spend a few days (and would be fine for a longer stay, as well). You can't beat the value, privacy, space, and amenities over a hotel room. The hot tub was great to soak in after a long day of walking at the park. Would definitely stay again.

Townhouse was just as pictured. Great quiet location close to dollywood. Communication with hosts was fabulous. Beds were comfy, showers were hot. Everything we needed to fix a breakfast in the morning. Hottub was clean. Will most likely rent again.

Family trip

The property was very clean - directions for check in and check out were easy to follow and property owners were very quick to respond to any questions. We have two adult sons that travel with us so the Queen over queen bunks we’re great !!! A very good selling point for us and that each bedroom had its own full bath. Along with the powder room downstairs and full size washer and dryer ! Large living room and of course the hot tub was very enjoyable.

Awesome stay in Sevierville!

We were very impressed that the pictures online were exactly how the condo looked! It was absolutely beautiful & equipped with everything that we could need. The hot tub was super clean & a great way to relax at the end of the night! I also loved that they had a pack n play in the property. Even though we didn’t use it as our little sleeps with us, that was a great plus for family’s with littles who don’t! We would definitely stay here again. I loved that it was close to town but far enough away that the traffic was never bad! Thank you guys for opening up your beautiful home & sharing it with us!

Perfect Quiet Area

After weeks and weeks of researching the perfect place. I came across this one and immediately fell in love! It sits back in a quiet area, very roomy and feels like home! The hot tub was a plus!! Very clean, comes with everything needed to make a perfect stay! Owners were extremely delightful to work with, communication was a breeze and we had a great stay experience! Definitely saving this location for all my future stays!

Landscape improvement

Overall the price and the property was great, but my guest and I were looking forward to using the hot tub but it was very dirty. Also, the front door entrance and the area around the hot tub had very high weeds growing up. Landscaping could have been better.

Beautiful and spacious condo in an excellent location. Quiet area off the main strip but not isolated so it’s perfect for families. Close to all the activities. Property owners/managers are friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend them.

Great place in a great location!

The rental was clean and spacious. Our teen boys loved the size of the bunk beds and our teen daughter enjoyed the hot tub. Definitely a return visit kind of place!

Home away from home

The place was easy to find, and the check in process was very simple. The pictures are spot on and the place was clean and very quiet. Not to far from just a regular store to pick up a forgotten item and just as close to any attractions you could want to do either in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Would definitely recommend this place and for will be booking again.

Spacious, but needs some updates

This home has plenty of positives. With the location, it is easy to get to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The layout is spacious, and the owners respond very quickly if an issue arises. The pillows were comfortable and they do have four kitchen chairs with one extra (I read a review earlier complaining about this, so they must have listened and updated the pillows and chairs.). However, the house is in need of updates. The blinds are broken. They are missing slats and you cannot lift them to open the windows. There is cracked tile in the bathrooms, so you have to be careful how you walk. The first time I used the oven, the right side of the handle fell off, so I could only pull open the oven with the left side of the handle. The last time I cooked, the oven handle fell completely off, making the front of the oven door fall to the ground. They did not provide any dish soap, only dishwasher pods, so we could not wash dishes by hand. The kitchen supplies were sparse, only having just two small frying pans. The strangest thing is that I received an email from the owners before I had any problems stating "We sincerely apologize for the issues that you had during your stay. Truly this wasn't the experience we had hoped for..." It continued to say "We would sincerely appreciate it if you don't leave us a bad review, as it kills our family's business..." It feels like they know their VRBO has major issues and just expect each customer to write them a bad review and preemptively ask them not to do so. Overall, we felt safe in the area, enjoyed the hot tub and had a good time.
