MLK WEEKEND STAY
I will start with the day I arrived, I arrived at 445pm, check in was at 4pm. I was stuck at the gate because no check in information was sent to me. When i sent a message the night before I was told I would be sent check in instructions on the day of and of course wasnt. Then when he sent instructions it gave me no code for the pool house , no wifi password,and upon unloading I noticed roaches in the kitchen, dirty pans, dirty coffee pot, someones fake press on nails on the head board of the bed that they peeled off. I immediately called and was told they would send someone out to spray and "touch up " the cleaning. Then a few hours later I received a text that they wouldnt be able to get to us due to other service calls. I explained to them that the kitchen was infested with baby roaches and regular size roaches, on counter, cabinets, and trash can had mold, and garbage under the bag. I have been coming to Pigeon forge for 9 years straight and we come to stay in different cabins each year. This was by far the most disgusting we have ever stayed at. Which is actually a shame because the property itself is very nice. The property manager did nothing to rectify the issues all weekend and I sent multiple pictures. I went out and bought my own bug spray, cleaned upon arrival, bought a new coffee pot and pans . This is absolutely not how people want to start a vacation or spend one. I would NOT recommend this cabin until its taken better care of.
