Our family enjoyed the property. Booked for a cheer competition in Pigeon Forge. The drive was not too far from town... The property had all the amenities needed for my family. Kids enjoyed the game room area and bunk bed room. Owner was accommodating of the last minute booking and needs of the group. Would book again with this owner again if I am in the area, good experience.

The cabin is beautiful and quietly placed, although the cleaning crew is not doing their job we enjoyed our stay. No deep cleaning in what seems like a very long time. Jets in the tubs are molded, lots of dust and misplaced items. Kitchen SMALL appliances need upgraded. Electric skillets are broken, not enough silverware. Large appliances are wonderful, love the gas stove, plates ect. Pool table was a hit, hottub was a hit, beds are INCREDIBLE so much comfort and the sheets are high quality.

Great place, needs a little TLC

Overall a really great place to stay. Close enough to everything that you want to do, but far enough away for piece and quiet. Overall there were some small issues inside the house (exposed wires, fans that didn't work, locks that seemed to lock themselves) but nothing that wasn't easily fixed or covered up. If you are staying near the Great Smokey Mountains there are very few places for a better price as convenient as this one.

Very clean! Not far from Pigeon Forge. Hot tub was broken when we got there but the immediately fixed it and we enjoyed it the entire time.

celebrated our granddaughters 20th birthday. Plenty of room for 7 of us. Cabin was exactly like the description. Loved that the road wasn't steep but just far enough for quietness. Would definitely stay there again.

a Fantastic Base Camp

The house was in the perfect location, close to Pigeon Forge and to the National Park. It gave us a fantastic place to rest and relax after a long day of adventures. The community pool was a huge hit with the kids. We had a lovely time and would recommend the location to anyone.

Great weekend getaway

The teens loved the bunk room, we all loved the game room and the beds were very comfortable. This cabin has a fully stocked kitchen - some dishes in the cabinets weren't clean but that was an easy fix. The host responds to questions immediately and I really appreciated the easy check-in.

Hot tub has a horrid smell, we could not stay in long so that was a bit disappointing. The bedding (comforters) was not washed, on beds nor the blankets in closet. I had to wash upon arrival. Mattress upstairs had a disturbing stain all the way down to the boxspring. Customer service was great! Furnished with dishes and plenty of towels. Great location, we had a lot of fun.

Hillbilly Hotel is a Great little Gem!

We had a wonderful stay, great communication from the owners. Had everything we needed. Found a hidden bathroom that we didn't know about the second day, off the living room. We felt there was plenty of privacy and safe. Loved the main floor master and large laundry room. The bed was not like home, but we managed. Highly recommend the Hillbilly Hotel to anyone looking for a place a little out of town, in the hills, with beautiful scenery.

Smokies Relaxation

The Hillbilly Hotel is located in a very nice up scale neighborhood with well kept properties. The cabin is as advertised and lent to many family memories whether in the large kitchen, dining room, arcade, back deck or hot tub. The site management was easy to get ahold of and promptly took care of an issue with a shower head. Thanks' for the stay.

We were overall satisfied. Great location and comfortable cabin. Stocked very well with dishes and kitchen supplies. The first night I had to strip the kids beds because the bedding wasn’t washed. Nor was the extra blankets in the master bedroom. The hot tub was a disappointment because it definitely needed to be cleaned, it smelled AWFUL and we were not able to use it. Tv in game room does not work.

Great cabin!

We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and e we like the layout and split bedrooms upstairs. We had a few minor kinks- only 3 towels in master bedroom for 2 adults for the week, no potholders to get food out of the oven, and a missing microwave tray. We also had to buy a hairdryer bc we assumed the unit had one. However, the overall stay was great, and we definitely plan to return!
