Wonderful

We had a great time! Cabin was clean and had ample room for the 4 adults in our party. The drive up to the cabin was a little scary the first couple of times but once we got used to it was fine.
4 couples stayed at the mountains edge for a week. It was wonderful. The cabin is very spacious with amazing views. Wears valley is just down the hill and has lots of little shops and gas and groceries. We had a great time!
Mountain’s Edge was our “great escape” from our daily jaunts to partake of all the sights and activities that Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg has to offer. The area around nearby Townsend and Maryville was a pleasant surprise as well!
Our family enjoyed our stay and loved the beautiful views of Wears Valley the cabin offers. Great layout with private, comfortable bedrooms each with dedicated full baths. Great location with easy access to some of the most beautiful places in GSMNP. Loved the main living space and two level deck. Had multiple bear visits which was exciting. No complaints after our stay - would rent again!
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin with a truly amazing view!! We even had a charming visit from a bear! The kids loves the downstairs pool table and foosball! The kitchen, while small, has everything you need. The view was the star of the show!
This was the first of a family vacation to the mountains, beautiful cabin, plenty of space, loved every moment, perfect view, we really enjoyed this cabin! Im sure we will be spending more vacations at this cabin! Also would like to state there was plenty of dishes an cook ware!
We wanted a remote house that had a great view. This was it! Everything they said it was and the management company was awesome. Close enough to Pigeon Forge to get everything you need.
Great place for a vacation cabin, we had the privilege of seeing several bears in the yard from the back deck. Even saw some when we drove up to the cabin coming back from town. Everything was just as it was described in the listing no surprises and no disappointments. All around great cabin everyone enjoyed the trip. We all hated to leave and come home.
This is a wonderful comfortable clean mountain cabin with fantastic long range views of Wears Valley. Robert was the most communicative and helpful property manager we’ve ever had. The furniture was all comfortable with plenty of seating upstairs-our only suggestion would be to maybe add a futon or comfy loveseat in the game room downstairs. We loved the fireplaces, hot tub and porches. The drive up to the cabin is steep and we did see bears! All in all we would definitely stay here again!
Wonderful cabin. We had four adults and plenty of room. Each person had their own bedroom and space. Cabin was beautiful, clean and a great location. We explored during the day and enjoyed the hot tub or playing pool in the evenings with a beautiful view. First night we saw a bear in the back yard and the second a beautiful deer. Would highly recommend.
Again we joyed our early spring break with our graduating college student at our favorite happy place. Cades Cove/Pigeon Forge Tennessee. Our second year staying in this cabin. Our 2 kitties enjoyed the location and we enjoyed our stay again. Cabin is comfortable, quiet, easy to get to, beautiful views, roomy with everyone in their own room with bath. Location is ideal with same distance to Cove and Pigeon Forge. Will certainly stay again. And Shelly from rental company, was always in touch and welcoming.
You will not regret renting this cabin! I give it 5 stars for everything imaginable. Views are stunning, beds are so very comfortable, kitchen well stocked with anything one could need, enough sitting space for my party of 7 adults in dining and living rooms, second kitchen area downstairs with extra fridge for accommodating more drinks, game room, hot tub, gorgeous fireplace, private bathrooms for each bedroom….the list goes on and on. Could not have asked for better!
Location and view are second to none. Cabin needs just a little TLC due to just a few small issues such as some blinds need replaced. And the dryer makes a thumping noise. All minor issues. The kitchen appliances and utensils are great. Also a visit from a local bear family in the back yard was a wonderful bonus.
Our party consisted of 7 adults and 4 dogs and there was room enough for us to spread out, come together, and romp! My only criticism is that the kitchen is way too small for more than one person to move around comfortably. And take note that the yard is very steep and not for the faint hearted! Communication with the rental company was great and the property was private but not too far from the thick of things for us.
This place was perfect for our family’s vacation. The location and layout of the cabin was perfect!. The view from the balcony was outstanding. My two brothers and I (and spouses) as well my great niece and her spouse had a wonderful time together for a family vacation. We felt the location was perfect for us to visit all the places we wanted to see from Gatlinburg to Dollywood. We had an awesome time with all of us pitching in at mealtimes. I would definitely recommend renting this cabin. It was exactly what we were looking for and met all our needs. Sky and Sea rental did an excellent job taking care of us. They sent welcoming texts and made sure that we did not have any issues. My family and I give a 5 star rating for this cabin and our awesome vacation!
Loved our stay in this cabin. En suite for each bedroom was fabulous bonus, all king size beds even better. Kitchen a bit small, but well equipped. The double sided fireplace is awesome! One chair in living room needed replaced, but had been told ahead of time that new furniture/applicances had been ordered but may not arrive before we did, so we had the heads up. We will definately be back! ...One thing always lacking in cabins...towel bars/hooks in the bathrooms to hang your wet towels!

We are enjoying the cabin. The view is wonderful. We have a few things that need your attention, only one kitchen towel, no pot holders, blender doesn’t not work, the left room downstairs shower has only a trickle of water out of the head and the drain is very slow to drain, downstairs coffee maker doesn’t work. All of these can be resolved after we check out. Like I said we love the location just needs a few things improved to make it wonderful for the next guest. You might need to have the windows washed.

Not worth the price! Very outdated!
I have rented numerous cabins in Pigeon Forge Gatlinburg area over the last 5 years. I leave amazing reviews but this really got tp me/us. This was our first time over Christmas. I have to say all of us are extremely disappointed!!!
With VRBO fees paid $5000.00. IMO $2k over priced for what it was or should I say was not!
The check in was smooth and they let us in early as we got into town early from an 8 hour drive. The view was decent but the pictures online show much better than what it is. Again we have stayed at better ones with much better views. Fireplace was nice but strong gas odor. I have gas in my house and it dont smell like that. Those 2 things are the only good things about this place.
It was very dirty and dusty. VERY OUTDATED. The furniture was falling apart, the couch and the one chair was horrible. You sit in it and you sink to the floor. I am only 185lbs. The carpet was coming apart and torn. Windows very fogged. Kitchen very outdated, cabinets falling apart, stove was a disaster. I took pictures of everything and wish I could share them so you can see for yourself. I guess for me renting numerous cabins prior and spending $5k I was expecting much more, much better. Never again will I book this one.
Reviews are very deceiving. Take the good with the bad, but man o day....These other reviews are very shocking to me. 2.5-3 star at best.
