This cabin had everything we need. Location and plenty to do . Our chef had no problem preparing our meals in the fully equipped kitchen . We will definitely be back.

Amazing trip

We had an incredible time in the Smokies for Thanksgiving week. The cabin was as pictured and plenty spacious for our large group. We received prompt responses for trash collection and the location of the cabin was very close to lots of local activities and only a 20 minutes drive to Gatlinburg. I would highly recommend this cabin rental to anyone inquiring .

Great Host

Changes in altitude was everything we were looking for in a cabin. It met all of our needs. Very spacious, giving all of our family members their own private space. Kitchen was well stocked, and the cabin was close to all kinds of activities. We had an amazing time. Already planning our next trip.

Family vacation

Our family enjoyed our stay at the cabin. There were ten of us and we had plenty of room. The only suggestion I would have is to put the bunk beds (children’s room) on the same level as the game room.

Christmas get a way

The cabin was great. Got to spend quality time with family and friends. I wish we could have enjoyed the hot tub more. Cold weather out side affected the temp. of the hot tub making it unusable.

Clean,cozy convenient

This house accommodated our family group perfectly! I love that every bedroom had its own bathroom. We had an issue with the air conditioner not working properly and they had someone out within the hour to fix it. We were very impressed and thankful with their response time. And We even got to see a bear strolling through the yard!!

Cabin was fine. Could tell it was dated but it was a good location for what we needed. Would stay again. Just so everyone knows. It's one of the best locations relative to the strip I've seen for the money. Cabin was standard by location made up for it.

Family Getaway

We stayed here as an extended family of 13, ranging from 2 - 65 years of age and truly enjoyed ourselves in this cabin. It’s huge, in a quiet neighborhood, and a quick drive to everything!! Door dash delivers to this location which was convenient. The lounge furniture could use a cleaning/update, and the kitchen stools need to be fixed. While we weren’t there to play pool, the pool table and cues are in disrepair- we still played but it is pretty rough. The community pool is great to have but it needs to be cleaned regularly as it was cloudy the entire time. The hot tub was clean, fresh and hot!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cabin with a great location. We’ve stayed at Cabins at the Crossing at least 6 or more times in the past. We’ve had a different cabin each year. This location was best because it’s closest to the pool, playground and pond. Stores and restaurants close by is convenient and you still have the mountain experience. The cabin has 5 bedrooms each with its own bathroom which is nice. Beds comfortable. The kitchen has very few serving & mixing bowls so if you’re cooking meals as we did, bring some! There is a crockpot, Keurig, coffee maker, toaster. Make sure you bring filters, salt, pepper,cooking spray, foil, dish rags, etc. There is none there. There is no cabinet space to put your food so some extra boxes are helpful. Bring plenty of trash bags.Floors are very creaky so put the little ones in upstairs bedrooms. AC units on all 3 floors which was great! We had no issues and hosts were easy to work with.

The 5 bedrooms and baths made it easy for everyone to get ready at the same time. The kitchen was nicely stocked and had plenty of utensils. My husband and I are early risers and family in the downstairs bedroon could hear us making breakfast because that bedroom is right below the kitchen. We made sure they had earplugs the next night as they wanted to sleep in. We were pleased at how quickly the staff answered our question/concern when we had a small issue with an upstairs bathroom.
