Amazing Cabin!

House was as described and a wonderful place to stay. The upstairs room does get a bit warm during the day probably from the high ceilings but not unbearable. The kids enjoyed the pool room and outdoor space. Would be even better if they offered wi-fi, it wasn’t much of an issue but cell service wasn’t great so it would have been nice.

Cabin in the Woods

We had a great time with 2 families at this cabin. We knew going in there was no wi-fi, it still would have been nice due to spotty cell service but didn’t dampen our visit. The hot tub was clean and functional. All the kids had a blast with the pool table, porch, and movie room (even without any movies). It was close to Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, and all the activities we wanted to do.

Having fun with the kids

Went to Dollywood first day then to waterworld next day, and then to Tanger mall last day. Pool table was great to relax after a long day.

Vibrant cabin

The hot tub, game room and home theater area were cool, but could desperately need WiFi to complete the experience.

Wonderful

All of it was great we got there and had a few questions and they took care of it no the tvs didt work but didnt care had family time the cabin was clean the hot tub was lovely. The only thing i would recommend is fixing the hole by the hot tub and maybe some fix on loos boards other then that it was great will be back again. Thanks for a wonderful stay

Cabin location was easy and convenient, cabin lay out is great. Nice and roomy for a group. However, there were lots of disappointment with our stay... There is no wifi which was listed but we thought since there is a theater room that would be ok. The projector didn't work, so majority of our stay we could not use it. Coffee maker didn't work, I contacted management and was told someone would drop off a new one. This message was received at 930 a.m we had to message 2 more times before coffee maker arrived around 2 p.m. Button to turn on jacuzzi tub is broken and sticks. Termite and water damage are visible. Bring your own tissue as the basically 1 ply tissue. Cover for hot tub is broken and hard to take off. Be aware you are in the woods in the mountains, the bears do visit. We were carefully about we left out and still had visitors. We loved seeing them, just be aware! We persevered and made they most of our stay. We would not stay again, there are just so many things that need to be repaired.

No wifi

The hime was nice just need a little TLC, we uses our hot spot and lap top to make good use of the theater, pool table was handy. Home just need a few items addressed. The drive to to everything was not far,I will rent again if it's available on my next trip.

Property had not TV service snice the home had no wifi connection. And DVD player that was in the theather room was messed up. Hot tub is nasty and dirty couldnt even use it.

Fun getaway

It was a fun getaway but there could have been more at the cabin that we had access to! The hot tub was green and gross, no WiFi, and no tv access other than a dvd player.

Just ok

This home has very comfortable king size beds and is in a great location, quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was good, but that was the only entertainment we could use. The pool sticks were unusable, no darts for the dart board, the movie room could only be used with a DVD. There are very nice tv's in each room, but they cannot be used since internet isn't offered, so I'm not sure how you would use the tv's. The description specifically says no internet, so I'm not sure why there are tv's in each room. The gas logs in the den never came on as the pilot light wasn't lit. The price paid didn't match what was offered.

Heaven's View

We loved the dirty filter in the jacuzzi full of people died skin. The tubs downstairs need replacement. No spare trash bags or throw blankets. Thank God we didnt want to be romantic in front the broken fireplace. The location perfect. The rest of the home great. The old shoes and pills spilled under the downstairs bed was great also.

Not What We Expected

The cleanliness of this place was AWFUL!!! The place is literally falling apart. Showers were awful. No wifi. No outdoor view or comfortable seating. Grill doesn't work.

Would not recommend till upkeep has been done

The outside view of the cabin was beautiful,however once we finally got the door to open it was a whole different case. Toilets and spa tub was disgusting, neither fire places was operational, the theater had barely any heat,and no surround sound sound,the trim along the fireplace flooring was broken with exposed nails to snag a toe or 2,the hot tub couldnt be used due to how nasty it was(dinge water,thick nastyness in the bottom,there is no pool sticks with tips,no chalk,no darts,busted dart board,wall paper coming off the guest bathroom walls,it was far from what i inquired about after reading the other reviews an being reassured it was all fixed and well maintained. Never again will we make that mistake again. No hot tub upset kids no operational theaterupset family,and to top it off of course 1 kid accidentally got the nail in the side of the foot. We love our moubtain trip every year an made the most of it but this cabin definitely needs to be better kept!

Bad experience

We went with this cabin because it was advertised with theater room and game room. We had several teenagers when we get there the doors where extremely hard op and shut out back had trash everywhere. And no internet or wifi so no tv in the cabin would work so called and they said someone would be right out .24 hours later someone came out and was no help. I would not recommend this cabin. Apparently no reads the guess book because it ain't had no tv for over a year I would expect better from vrbo

Filthy and bad customer svc

We arrived and the cabin had a horrible smell. The hot tub had a brown film on the entire bottom. They offered to clean which I accepted. They never came to to clean at all. I wish I could upload a picture of the hot tub. I literally was able to swipe my finger prints through the film. I was told I would get a call from customer svc. Since they didn’t come to clean and never heard from anyone. Check out the pics on the Google review I’m going to leave. Go to outrageous cabins. I have always had a good experience and honestly I paid a lot less.

Has potential but let down

This Cabin could be awesome if someone put a little time and money into it. It rained and there was water leaks with standing water in different areas. Carpet in 2 rooms was ripping and shredding. The Theater room the projector was only sound surround sound did not work. Problem with flooring at the front door. Game room door barely opened but we just used other door. Kitchen updates were nice though and the cabin space is great. With a little TLC this place could have an awesome rating. The cleanliness wasn’t terrible but was not great! There were pretzels everywhere in theater room but this is on housekeeping not owner. The company we worked with were great and always check in on us so Vacasa i rate them a 5 Stars.

Honest review the cabin has a lot of potential

The home looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months the toilets were dirty and rusted so was the shower heads it was a leak in the downstairs bathroom the hot tub was disgusting. The cabinets were dusty and the ice maker in the freezer didn't work , the stove didn't work and the tvs didn't either I had to call the company to come out they fixed only one tv and they said the stove went out that we only had one stove burner that worked and also it promotes a grill I know it might not be a big deal but I came for my son's birthday party and he wanted grill food no propane was provided then they tell me to go to the store and they'll reimburse me they didn't even fix the stuff that's supposed to be fixed I'd probably been waiting on that reimbursement for a while I only give it 2 stars because the neighborhood and it was hard to find and it was a lot of crazy roads
