Twenty-six Acres is a private secluded resort of your own close to Dollywood that is a home away from home with your own forest! It has 5 bedrooms that sleeps 12 and gives everyone space to spread out and enjoy the space of a real vacation. It is close to everything the Smoky Mountains have to offer whether it be hiking in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park or head over to Dollywood just a 5 minutes away. Pigeon Forge offers great restaurants, shops and fun activities for everyone of every age. The shopping in Sevierville Tanger Outlet Malls are great fun for everyone into fashion shopping and the second hand and antique shops lets you browse for that perfect treasure. I personally like to find the perfect bag to take home. My favorite part is the property that offers fishing, walking, pickleball and the perfect sunset picture every single night! The wildlife including momma bear and her cubs, deer and wild turkey make a perfect engaging and relaxing retreat.
We have set up this property to be an all inclusive resort like atmosphere. It has a woodsy forest, a huge expansive deck area, luxury deck seating, luxury gas fire pit, ample space to spread out to give everyone their own unique experience. We have 2 hot tubs that provide a relaxing end to each day after exploring the fun in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg or hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park which is just 20-30 minutes from the house (depending on traffic). Be sure and stop at the Sugarland Visitors center to obtain a parking pass for the day or week while you are on your trip.

The house provides the wildlife of bears, deer, wild turkey and fish. Explore the pond with the walking trail around the pond and enjoy sitting at the screened-in pavilion to read a book or enjoy a picnic. Fishing in the pond is fun as it is plentiful and ensures a catch almost always!
Relax in the morning with coffee on the huge expansive outdoor deck with comfortable deck furniture and a swing. The beautiful view in the morning is just as stunning as the changing sunsets every evening. Ceiling fans have been added to some outdoor deck areas to keep people cool on the hot sunny days.
There is a screened in dining area to enjoy family grilling on the Weber grill and outdoor eating pest free! It is also equipped with a ceiling fan and lighting to enjoy the late evening card or board games or just chatting.
The fire pit is a big hit with enjoying each others company in the woodsy atmosphere.
The house is big enough to spread out and escape to an area while staying with a large group. There are two hot tubs. One on the lower deck down the stairs and one on the upper deck. The deck facing bedrooms have private deck furniture that people can enjoy privately.
There is a huge HIS AND HER RAIN SHOWER NEWLY REMODELED IN 2025 in the upstairs master bedroom. This bedroom also has the massage chairs and sauna with the hot tub outside the deck.
There is a ping pong table, cornhole and pickleball equipment in the garage for enjoyment of everyone so if you don't want to you never have to leave the house to enjoy your relaxing vacation.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and crock pot, air fryer, coffee pot / keurig, blending machine to enjoy every kind of smoothie or frozen drink!
The sunroom contains a pool table, video game console, a table and chairs and two lazy boy recliners and smart TV for gathering or for the kids. It opens to the deck or to a little screened in sunroom on the left for enjoying the backyard. It is equipped with a ceiling fan and light and is a great place to sit during rainy mornings or afternoons.
We have 26 acres of land for you to explore most of the property is declared forest. There are property markers that mark the boundary so guests can be respectful of other property. There are no marked trails but explore as you would in the Great Smoky Mountain National Park as you will see the same wildlife. We have a couple of alert motion detectors outside the backyard fence so that it makes it easier to spot wildlife when they come around.
Enjoy the fun of Dollywood and Splash County, The Great Smoky Mountain National Park, The Titanic Museum, The Mountain Mile, Five Oaks Outlet Mall. Antique shops and many area attractions for all ages from go carting to Moonshine tasting on The Island and area shows like the Stampede, Hatfield and McCoys or the Pirate Voyage (great for kids and adults). Come back to the house, unwind for a meal, snack or drink and unwind in the hot tub, sauna or around the fire pit. Relax together watching a movie on the large TV in the main living area on the luxury reclining furniture after getting the kids settled.
The pickleball court has lighting so you can enjoy that at the end of the day if your addicted to the game. During the day it is a full size court that overlooks a fantastic view that will make you want to come and play year after year!
