Our stay was great. Loved having enough bedrooms for everyone. The view from the house was amazing. The house was minutes away from everything.

The views at this cabin are spectacular and the location is great. This size was perfect for our 13 people. The negatives were multiple burned out lights, including the outside lights on the deck which made it hard to cook. Cobwebs everywhere and so many dead ladybugs that there is no way the were cleaned up the day we arrived. Basement bathroom the paint is falling off the ceiling, For future guests I would recommend 4 wheel drive as it is very steep to access.

House was as expected per the listing. Overall we enjoyed our stay as much as we could. Water would run out quickly, to the point we couldnt even flush the toilet or shower, without waiting 30mins in between. Outdoor firepit and grill were not working properly. Tons of bugs found dead all around the beds. No prior warning of the steep roads up to a down the house.

This is an honest review of our stay. When we arrived, there were several light bulbs out including a couple on the porches. Windows were dirty and needed cleaning.Bugs...there is a stink bug infeststion (not ladybugs or flies or wasps) we had to remove 13 from one bedroom, 9 from another. They were alive, not dead! Outdoor firepit was not working despite being reported by previous renters (I saw it mentioned on a review) We also reported on 1st day and it was not able to be fixed prior to leaving. The deck is huge, but unfortunately we were unable to enjoy sitting outside around the firepit at night which was one reason we chose this particular cabin. Adirondack chairs are dilapidated, rickety, sway back and forth when moved, and are unsafe to sit in. They need to all be replaced.Refrigerator had broken drawers, freezer was inoperable throughout the duration of our trip and was not repaired. It did not seal properly and caused ice to melt and water leaked all across the floor .Would not recommend staying in this cabin during the winter due to incredibly steep drive unless you have 4 wheel drive.Positives- check in/check out process was super easy and office staff at Aunt Bugs were very nice and responsive to calls or texts. Cabin is super convenient to grocery store, Dollywood, and other stores. View is amazing with awesome sunsets. Overall, for the money we spent on our stay, we were underwhelmed. This cabin needs some work do to improve the guest's experience.
