We had a slight glitch getting the code to work to unlock the doors, but other than that our stay was great. The kids did not want to leave. We had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was clean and hot tub was great.

We have stayed at other cabins in previous years, and this cabin FAR exceeded them! It was very clean, well stocked, and offered plenty of room and activities (pool, hot tub, air hockey, arcades, tvs, etc). The location a perfect…only 10-15 minutes to “civilization”. We had a few questions when we arrived, and they were answered immediately, even at 9:30PM on a Saturday! My son actually cried when we left because he loved our stay so much! We can’t wait to book another stay!

We loved this house!

I recently stayed in this rental for 4 nights with my wife, two young kids, and in-laws. The house was clean, spacious, and in a great location. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet, mountain/forest views from the back deck, and the indoor pool. The house is also an easy/quick 15-min drive into Pigeon Forge. We were sad to leave and will definitely consider renting this property again in the future.

Overall good

Some simple furniture fixes could make this a top notch rental. Damaged furniture, low water pressure and up keep on railing would certainly help this location. Grandkids loved the pool.

The property was very clean. The only issue was lack of towels available. We had 6 adults and 5 kids. There might have been a total of 10 towels for everyoneNo towels for pool or hot tub.Only 1 trash bag for kotchen. Other than that everything was ok.

Visitor beware

We only stayed 2 nights out of 7 as there was a safety issue with the cabin. There was leaking water near electrical wires. So we were told due to the safety issue we had to leave the property.

Problem with bathroom

This property has a wonderful view. The responsiveness to my multiple messages by the property manager was always very timely. Cleanliness was great.The major problem was the bathrooms. I was told a couple weeks ahead of arrival that there was only one working bathroom in the upper level. This was a problem, but we thought we could make it work. Upon arrival I found it was the bathroom inside the master bedroom, so to use the only bathroom on the main level everyone had to go through the master bedroom. This was a significant problem. Further, the property was listed in VRBO as having five bathrooms. Actually it only has four. The property manager admitted the listing was incorrect. This was another big problem. Hopefully this has been corrected in the listing. I did ask for and received a partial refund (although as of now I have not received this).I would not rent this property until I was assured that all bathrooms were working. If they were, this would be a nice cabin.
