Located in a NEWER community – Please note active construction nearby may cause some noise and vehicles that is out of our control. However, these homes are very insulated so the noise of construction is limited inside of the homes.

House Rules – Kettle Knot Retreat

Our cabin is designed for family vacations and casual friendly gatherings only. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, adherence to the following rules is mandatory. Violations may result in immediate eviction and fines.

Check-In & Check-Out

✔ Check-in: 4:00 PM
✔ Check-out: 10:00 AM
✔ Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance.

No Parties or Events

✔Strict no-party policy – any violations will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
✔No loud music or disruptive behavior that disturbs neighbors.

No Smoking

✔Smoking of any kind (including vaping, e-cigarettes, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the cabin.
✔ Designated smoking areas are available outside.
✔Smoke monitoring devices are installed. Violation will result in a fine of $1,000+ and immediate removal.

No Pets Allowed

✔Unauthorized pets are not allowed inside the cabin. Guests violating this rule will be required to leave immediately.

Guest Limit & Extra Fees

✔ Only registered guests (as per your reservation) may stay at the cabin.
✔ Maximum occupancy: 22 guests.
✔ Unregistered guests will incur a fee of $100 per person/night or 10% of the nightly rate, whichever is higher.

Cleaning & Damage Policy

✔ Keep the cabin clean and tidy during your stay.
✔ Excessive mess, stains, or damage to furniture, linens, or appliances will result in additional cleaning and repair charges.
✔ Trash should be properly disposed of in designated bins. Excess trash removal may incur additional fees.

Hot Tub & Indoor Pool Safety

Your safety is our priority. Please follow these rules:
✔ Use at your own risk – hosts/owners are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health-related issues.
✔ Children must be supervised at all times.
✔ Avoid use if pregnant, intoxicated, or with medical conditions that may increase health risks. Consult a doctor if unsure.
✔ No glassware near the hot tub or pool.
✔ Follow all posted safety instructions.

Wildlife & Outdoor Safety

✔ The cabin is located in the mountains – expect wildlife (bears, raccoons, insects).
✔ Do not leave food or trash outside – it attracts wildlife.
✔ Keep doors and windows closed when not in use.
✔ Bug spray is recommended for outdoor activities.

Travel Insurance & Weather Conditions

✔ We recommend purchasing travel insurance for unexpected disruptions.
✔ No refunds for weather conditions, power outages, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Cabin Amenities & Limited Provisions

✔ A starter pack of essentials (toilet paper, soap, coffee, snacks) is provided.
✔ Guests should bring additional supplies for extended stays.


Fire Safety & General Security

✔ No unauthorized fires (candles, fire pits, etc.) allowed inside or outside.
✔ Lock doors and windows when leaving the property.
✔ Follow all posted instructions regarding emergency exits and fire extinguishers.

Liability Waiver

By booking and staying at Kettle Knot Retreat, guests agree that the hosts/owners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents, including but not limited to:
✔ Slips, falls, or personal injuries.
✔ Loss of personal belongings.
✔ Misuse of amenities such as the pool, hot tub, or stairs.

Guests assume full responsibility for their safety and that of their party members, including children.
