Welcome to Timber Lodge! This magnificent 8,000 sqft, 3-story log cabin is located in Pigeon Forge, close to Dollywood and can comfortably accommodate up to 50 guests. The lodge features 17 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, plus 2 additional bathrooms in the common areas. The lodge offers a variety of top amenities, including a 52-seat Theater Room, Games on every level, Wifi throughout, 2 hot tubs, fire pit, spacious decks beautiful mountain views and access to the seasonal resort pool!
There is parking for 10 vehicles and easy access into the cabin with a ramp leading to the front entrance.

Main Level:
The main level features the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, washer/dryer, game areas, 7 bedrooms (6 king master suites & 1 Bunk Room), 8 bathrooms, a sunroom and access to the spacious deck and yard.

The living room is furnished with plush leather couches, a two-sided gas log fireplace, and a large HDTV, Blu-Ray DVD player and access to the covered deck.
The fully equipped kitchen features double appliances, granite countertops with plenty of work space, perfect for preparing homemade meals.
Four large wooden log tables provide seating for at least 40 guests, with additional counter seating available.
A stacked washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hall closet.

This level features 2 separate game areas. The 1st area just off the living room, offers a pool table area with a shared, full bathroom with shower. The 2nd area by bedroom #2 & #3 features a foosball game and a shared, full bathroom with shower nearby.
There is a sunroom just off the living room showing the mountain views.

Bedroom #16 is located just off the living room and offers a king bed, fireplace, HDTV and private full bath with tub/shower.
Bedroom #1 is located just off the kitchen and features a king bed, HDTV and private full bath with shower.
Bedroom #2 is located off the foosball game area and features a queen bunk. This bedroom shares the bathroom in the game area.
Bedroom #3 is next to bedroom #2 and features a king bed, HDTV and a private full bath with shower.
Bedroom #4 is down the hall on the right and features a king bed, HDTV and a private, full bath with shower.
Bedroom #5 is to the left and features a king bed, HDTV and a full bath with shower.
Bedroom #6 leads through bedroom #5 and offers a king bed, HDTV and a private bath with shower.
(Bedroom #5 & #6 are perfect as a family unit)

Step out onto the spacious main level deck and take in the amazing mountain views!. Relax in the rockers or enjoy a meal at one of the many picnic tables.
Just off the deck, towards the parking area, you will find multiple charcoal grills for the perfect cook-out experience while enjoying the view.
There a more charcoal grills on the other side towards the main entrance.

Upper Level:
The upper level features a small game area and 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.
The game area offers a cards game table and full bath with shower.

Bedroom #8 offers a queen bunk and shares the bathroom off of the game room.

Bedroom #11 is to the left and features a king bed, HDTV and a full bath with shower.

Lower Level:
The lower level features a 52-seat home theater, game room, kitchenette, washer/dryer, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and access to the lower level patio with 2 hot tubs, a wood-burning fire pit and views!

The incredible home theater features a 19-foot state-of-the-art projector screen, surround sound, and first-class theater seating, accommodating up to 52 guests.

The common area offers a variety of games, including two arcade games, a racer game, air hockey and a large HDTV.
The kitchenette is located right by the entrance to the home theater and offers a wet bar and microwave (to pop your movie popcorn). A fridge is located in the nearby hallway.
There is a shared full bath with shower located just off the game area.
A stacked washer/dryer is located in the hallway laundry closet for your convenience.

Bedroom #13 offers 2 queen bunks, HDTV and a private full bath with shower.
Bedroom #14 features a king bed, HDTV and a private full bath with shower.
Bedroom #15 features a king bed, twin daybed, HDTV and a private full bath with shower.
Bedroom #17 features 2 queen bunk beds, shares the bathroom in the game area and has access to the covered patio with hot tubs and fire pit.

Access to the yard is through bedroom #17 from the lower level. There is a staircase from the main level deck down to the lower level as well.

The lower level covered patio features 2 soothing hot tubs. Step out into the yard and relax around the cozy wood-burning fire pit while enjoying the mountain view...
