Not welcoming

When arrival the exterior of the property looked nice. Once going in we were greeted by a VERY hot house (you would think housekeeping would have turned on the A/C knowing someone was checking in) and an overwhelming abundance of “signs” in lamination of rules of not turning down the A/C below 70*, for US to make sure there was enough water in the pool and if not WE had to fill it up or WE could be subjected to the charge of a new pump if it went out.. the pool was low when we got there. Then the uncleanliness of the home and it being so outdated. There were dead bugs (MULTIPLE) in our window, the hot tub was not level due to weak boards and looked as if it was about to fall through the decking,the couch doesn’t look like it has been cleaned EVER, and the place definitely could used upgrades. We will NOT be staying here again. For the cost which was a lot I could have stayed somewhere a lot nicer.
