「Everything about this place, our stay there, and our interaction with our host was perfect. The location made getting around Madrid very easy. The neighborhood was safe, quiet, and near everything one would need. The apartment was very comfortable, well appointed, and spotlessly clean. Our host was there waiting for us when we arrived. He gave us suggestions for good food, good things to see, and was always available for any questions we had. This was hands down our best VRBO experience.」

The place is small but very well-equipped and immaculately clean. The management company has though of pretty much everything, and they are very responsive and great communicators. 「la chaudière de l'appartement est tombée en panne et notre hôte est intervenu dans la 1/2 heure et a remis la chaudière en fonctionnement. Nous avons apprécié la bibliothèque avec ses livres d'art et ces livres en anglais pour débutant. Les chambres avec des doubles fenêtres masquant le bruit de la rue et les commodes et penderie dans les chambres pour ranger le linge. Les commerces et restaurants au pied de l'immeuble Un seul regret le lit parental en 140 et non en 160 mais un matelas néanmoins...

「Unser Aufenthalt diente lediglich der Übernachtung nach einem Champions League Spiels mit 5 Erwachsenen. Die Buchung und auch die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer verlief über FeWo problemlos und sehr schnell. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Ein Neubau ist es nicht (war auch nicht beschrieben), daher muss man mit leichten abnutzungsspuren rechnen. Diese waren aber nicht schlimm. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war für uns fast ideal, da es zu Fuß nur 20 min...

「Seven of our family members stayed 8 nights. The location was perfect for a quick walk to grocery store, bakery (every day!) and a variety of restaurants. We walked to the Royal Palace, Cathedral, Grand Via, Plaza Mayor and the World’s Oldest Restaurant Sobrino de Botin (Guinness World Records). A 20 minute Uber ride took us to the train for a 40 minute ride to a day in Toledo. We all were very happy to return to “our apartment” to rest for dinner and evening strolls. 「This apartment is perfect! Great location -- amazingly quiet at night -- comfy bed, terrific kitchen, high-end appliances, thick towels and fancy shower, lots of storage. Not a huge apartment, but the marvelous use of space makes it seem much larger. Smart TV. Strong WIFI. Groceries, bars, restaurants all around. Lovely walks to all the sights. Highly recommend this apartment!!!」

「L'appartement est très récent et bien situé. Un garage est à disposition donc très pratique. Le seul petit reproche serait au niveau de l'intimité. Les stores et les portes transparentes ne permettent pas d'allumer le soir sinon tout le monde peut vous voir dans la pièce à vivre, la douche ou la chambre. C'est peut-être un élément à améliorer pour ne pas vivre sans lumière. Et pour cuisiner peu d'ustensiles (il manque des indispensables comme une passoire par exemple).」

「This hotel has large suite so we stay there comfortably. The bathroom is large with separate room for toilet. The hotel has a large courtyard where there are nice plants. It is very close to metro subway, Diego de Leon so convenient. What I don’t like is that we can hear noise from next room people talking, also the shower design is bad for leaking out water easily so we were careful not to turning on water in large volume. Other than that, I really like the hotel. I will consider staying...

「Beautiful apartment and very convenient location. But the sofa bed had large brown stains and the sofa bed sheet also had large yellow stains. Had to get the house keeping to change the bed sheet before it is usable. The shower door should be fixed to stop water leak.」
