「The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in.」

「El hotel está bien, ya que tenía lo justo y necesario (excepto un secador de pelo). Está en una buena zona y nosotras nos alojamos allí ya que teníamos un concierto en el Wizink Center. Si vas a un concierto, te recomiendo este hotel, pero si tu idea es estar bastante tiempo en la habitación, quizás cogería otro.」

「It’s a nice place to stay for one or two day, Good location, seems safe. Facilities good enough but it was quite noisy in this hostel. Room to room seems no Sound insulation. Staffs are nice, they give you help if you ask for it. Other then that everything are good enough. 」

「Primera vez en un hostal en España y nos encantó. Lugar muy céntrico, con restaurantes al frente, transportación cerca y un buen trato. Habitaciones muy limpias y personal muy atento.」

「O apartamento é perfeito para duas pessoas. O único problema do nosso é que ficou do lado da área de fumantes e nós não somos fumantes, aí o cheiro incomodou. Mas recomendo muito. É hotel de fácil acesso, não é perto, mas está bem localizado em relação a metros e ônibus 」

「Pues no sé porqué tanto comentario negativo. Fui un finde y la verdad estaba normalito. Es limpio, tiene wifi, el dueño no fastidia, tuve una buena estancia.」

「整个西班牙订了那么多酒店中最糟糕的，被标题迷惑以为是套房，就算不是套房那面积还大，就算面积不大那还有独立的卫生间 不是的，什么都没有，在一个居民楼里，我们提着箱子找了1到5楼，最后没办法一个个按门铃找到的，4-5间客房公用一个卫生间，淋浴房水还下不去，房间极小，体验感极差，感觉十分不安全，原本付了2晚钱，果断第二晚重新找酒店订了； 酒店服务更差，已提早写邮件大约晚上7点到，打电话过去工作人员表示不知道，并且让我到他们办公室拿钥匙，我说我刚到马德里，大包小包行李能不能送过来，工作人员说她不会送过来，最后提着行李去找办公室，花了1个多小时时间，从我们7点到酒店到最后入住是晚上10点，身心疲惫； 无论从工作人员的态度和入住的体验感上，都十分让人不适，让我们在马德里的第一天十分不愉快，强烈不推荐这个酒店」

「All in all good place to stay (price/quality) I will recommend Woohoo if center location is important For the womans bath room mirror is fare from good. Do to the big bed it hard to find enough floor space for you suitcase when in use. 」

「Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cet établissement. Le personnel est aimable et les lieux propre. Un bémol sur le manque d'isolation phonique. Par contre, emplacement en plein coeur de Madrid pour profiter de la ville, c'est top.」

「Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....

「Proximity to the centre of the city. Provided discounted parking rates for nearby parking area. Staff was excellent and friendly.」

「Superbe séjour en plein centre de la capitale proche de nombreux magasins, restaurants et bars」

「Beautiful apartment and very convenient location. But the sofa bed had large brown stains and the sofa bed sheet also had large yellow stains. Had to get the house keeping to change the bed sheet before it is usable. The shower door should be fixed to stop water leak.」

「裝修有點殘舊; 隔音差, 從睡房內可聽到隔離單位開關門聲音. 位置好, 從地鐵站步行5分鐘左右. 附近有食肆及超市.」

「This hotel has large suite so we stay there comfortably. The bathroom is large with separate room for toilet. The hotel has a large courtyard where there are nice plants. It is very close to metro subway, Diego de Leon so convenient. What I don’t like is that we can hear noise from next room people talking, also the shower design is bad for leaking out water easily so we were careful not to turning on water in large volume. Other than that, I really like the hotel. I will consider staying...
