Make sure you check in HOURS ahead before you arrive. Agents are NOT THERE to check you in. My phone was stolen in Madrid and I did not have contact info. My son and I were stranded curbside for almost 2 hours because they couldn’t bother to be there. Once inside, the apartment was nice. They could NOT figure out payment. Poorly managed nice apartment. Managers unkind
