One of the most clean places I’ve ever stayed in. It is centrally located. Walking distance to everything. Wonderful vibe in the area of locals, restaurants, tapas, bars, points of interests. Alberto was very communicative and welcoming. Loved every minute of my stay.

Alberto was very responsive and greeted us on the first night we checked in, which was very late in the evening. His apartment was clean, cute and had all the amenities needed for us to feel comfortable. Also, it was in a great location where we can walk to most of the places we wanted see. We would definitely stay at Alberto’s apartment again when we visit again!

This apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been more perfect for us with wonderful tapa bars and a small grocery store just outside the door. It was quiet and air conditioned. Alberto greeted us when we arrived and we had no issues at all the entire stay.

Communication from Alberto was good both prior to and on our arrival. Ground floor apartment, small but beautifully formed with everything we needed for our short stay. Modern interior very tastefully done. Proximity of bars and restaurants couldn't be better. We are both vegetarian and managed to get veggie tapas with many choices across the square.

This is an ideal choice for a stay in lovely Seville. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. There’s a lively square outside with small restaurants and bars. The windows are completely soundproofed though, so no noise at night! We met Alberto on time and the booking process was smooth. We loved the location and were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go to. Highly recommended!

Apartment on lovely square with three bars. Could have been noisy but design meant apartment was quiet. Apart from 1:30am when road sweeper cleaned the square - soon got used to it! No oven
