It is a historic house completely renovated, which one reflects the style of Seville at the end of the 19th century. It has elements of the year 1885 in its doors, irons and tiles, of great cultural and historical value. Everything has been rehabilitated and designed new, but always keeping the style and the classic setup of this type of House.
The house is distributed over four floors. On the ground floor, the main entrance leads to an elegant staircase and to a comfortable exterior bedroom with two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m) and a fully equipped en-suite bathroom.
A beautiful staircase decorated with traditional period tiles leads to the first floor, where there are two exterior bedrooms. One features a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m), while the other offers two single beds (0.90 x 1.90 m). This floor also includes a second full bathroom.
On the third floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable and functional stay. This floor also features a beautiful open-plan living room, tastefully decorated, combining a cosy sitting area with a pleasant dining space. In addition, it includes a sofa bed and a Smart TV.
On the top floor, there is a fantastic private terrace equipped with artificial grass, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor shower — perfect for cooling off while enjoying the sun. The terrace also features a charming auxiliary kitchen, allowing guests to enjoy this space without needing to go downstairs, as well as a practical guest toilet with shower.
Calle Galera is located in the heart of the Arenal district, one of the most sought-after areas in Seville’s historic center. The property is just a few meters from the Bullring, the Maestranza Theatre, and the Torre del Oro, and only a short walk from the Cathedral, the Giralda, and the Royal Alcázar.
Although Calle Galera is a pedestrian street and very quiet, the surrounding area offers a wide variety of traditional bars and restaurants where you can enjoy Andalusian tapas and excellent local wines. There are also supermarkets and grocery stores nearby, making your stay both comfortable and convenient.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
