「It is a cozy and tasteful hotel. The musical features and the foods are great.」

「Breakfast was not very good at all. There is an odour of sewage as you walk into the hotel. We awoke last night to smoke from somebody smoking in the room coming through the air vents.」

「Alberca」

「From the very first welcome, the staff were incredibly friendly. Sitting by the floor-to-ceiling windows and enjoying the view while it rained was a wonderful experience as well.」

「Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. The room is small but it’s well appointed with complete furnishings and amenities . Although the hotel is quite dated, it’s well maintained and clean. Valued for money. 」

「Every thing is ok」

「Hotel is generally clean and tidy. There is only 1 reception desk which means it could take a while to check in if it is peak hours or if there’s an overly inquisitive guest who keeps asking questions nonstop with the staff at the expense of someone behind in the queue. The hotel should consider opening an extra desk」

「Location is good. Room is spacious.」

「wonderful place to stay. the staffs are nice and helpful」
